Wewerized Diesel

I could write a book on trying to find a good diesel mechanic in Jonesboro. Six week waiting, bold face lies or you have to have an appointment first? So I went next door to the make appointment mechanic and asked those gas mechanics if they knew someone. They were surprised about me telling them about their neighbor but told me about these guys and man was I surprised. Not only did he tell me to bring it in I asked when they closed and Dakota said bring it in anyway and he will try a burn off, which did not work but I was just amazed at how he was willing to stay over just to give it a shot. So I left it there. I got a call a couple of days later and I gave them a go ahead and as soon as the parts came in they jumped on it with the next available mechanic. No one will drop everyone just to do your truck and I don’t expect them too but they spent time with me and made me feel like they wanted my business. She told me of a link I could pay my bill with and helped me through it all, old guy here. Talking about good service, not just good mechanic service but neighbor type people. I will not argue price because I don’t know I’m not a mechanic but I am satisfied and it was more than fair to me. I finally found a diesel mechanic in Jonesboro and the next time if she won’t drive there the wrecker can drop it off and I will feel safe.

The service here is AMAZING and very quick! I arrived at 8 and they were done at 12 exactly as they said they would. Big thanks to DAKOTA, he was very polite and detailed about the work that would be did to my 2017 Gmc Denali 2500. Days prior to my appointment he stayed in touch with me and answered all questions that I had and was very specific! I highly recommend them!

Justin and his team are outstanding! Have used them for years across multiple trucks. They are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent in diagnosing issues. Very very nice people. Pleasure to work with them… highly recommend them!

If I’m being honest I didn’t know about this place until one my buddies told me about them. They’re a small and upcoming business! I was told to Contact Dakota and it’s been a great experience ever since! Prices are reasonable and they get the job done in a timely manner! After two well known shops couldn’t help me a buddy sent me to this company. It was towed on a Thursday evening after hours and that Friday they was closed due to the holiday but they jumped on it that following Monday and by Wednesday my truck was just as good as new. Perfect costumer service and outstanding turn around time. Didn’t hurt my wallet that much either for the amount of stuff they done. I’ll definitely recommend them to any buddy needing anything done with their truck. They offer tuning also for you guys that want more power!!!

I had been told these guys were good from a buddy at work. I drove an hour and a half to get my diesel checked out. They were short handed in the shop that day and the owner Justin put his work clothes on and fixed my truck himself. You don't see stuff like this anymore. Dakota kept me informed on everything going on with my truck and where they were at on getting done. Top notch service and these guys will be the only ones working on my diesel from this day forward.

Stop! DO NOT search for anyone else to work on your vehicle! You have found the place you can trust to do the job right and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Those of you reading this and you own a GM L5P Duramax, this is the L5P GURU you’ve been looking for. Don’t make the mistake of going somewhere else first but if you do then trust me, these guys can fix it no matter how bad it is. These guys are the only mechanics I will trust with my Duramax for the remainder of its life.

My son attends ASU which is around two hrs from our home so when his truck broke down I called Justin. He came my son’s dorm parking lot diagnosed the issue, went and got parts and fixed the truck in the rain. Very knowledgeable, more than reasonably priced and a gentleman to me on the phone and in the lot with my son. Thank you, Justin you have definitely earned a customer anytime we have an issue!

Excellent diesel shop that actually tries to help their customers out. The only time my trucks never end up their for even maintenance is if I'm out of state. Been working on my trucks nearly three years now and will continue business for the far future. I've know the owner for over 30 years and he and his crew are superb....

Great people and a great diesel shop. I was traveling home to Georgia after duck hunting.. Had extremely cold weather while I was in Arkansas. While driving through Jonesboro my truck started giving me problems. Ended up having to stay over and get it to the shop. I had called the shop and left a message the night before and Dakota called me the next morning. Told me to come right on over.. They immediately got to my truck and confirmed what I thought was the problem. My fuel was gelled up due to the cold temperatures. Pulled the fuel filters to. check it as well as some other diagnostics. Once they determined, that was the only problem, they got a heater n b directed on my fuel tank and kept my truck in the shop for several hours to warm everything up. Then added some anti gel additive, test, drove it and made sure I was good to go. Dakota gave me a ride back to my hotel and came back and picked me up along with my two hunting dogs. I highly recommend these folks they are great people!!

Had an issue with truck throwing a code and caught these guys right at quitting time. They had me diagnosed, repaired and back out the door in no time!!

I had some issues with my 2018 Silverado 2500 and I called this shop. They went above and beyond to help me get my truck back running right and it was quickly too! Their customer service is beyond amazing and the work they do is great too! I would definitely recommend them and I’m glad I found this shop while I am in Jonesboro! I will bring my truck back here if I ever need anything else while in the area!

I have officially found my new diesel team. Was typical for me to take my truck to the dealership for any issue, but turn around time is always a nightmare. Thought the screen went out on my truck, but after it was diagnosed it turned out to be the radio needing replaced. They ordered the unit for me on a Thursday, took it in the following Tuesday at 8am and by 8:45 they called saying they had it done, I was shocked. Excellent communication from the front desk as well, will 100% use them in the future for any issues I have.

We’ve been back to Wewerized and it was an absolute pleasure not having to worry about it. They were very accommodating and honest. Our truck runs better than ever. We will never take our truck anywhere else again. They are the best.

This is a shout out to Dakota and to Justin and to say thank you to all the staff. I am a full-time RV’er. We were at a campground. When the check light came on in my truck. It needed two sensors. Once I finally found them, and the dealer was absolutely no help. I called the diesel shop. I told Dakota my situation and he said he can get me in the next day. Although he was busy, he was true to his word, and my truck was finished mid day. And we were back on the road the next morning. The truck has run well with no additional problems I can’t say enough about the shop. Man of his word, and was price more than fair. Highly recommend them.
