Great place to find boots. They will work with you to find what you like and need. They have a great selection and you can't beat their pricing. I like the people here better than the western store across town. These people are down to earth and know what they're talking about! My boots are still going strong!!

They have great service and I would recommend coming here. Boots are great prices and so are there hat's. I'm definitely coming back.

I went in for my first time recently for some new boots and wasn't really sure where to begin since it's been so long since I've gotten boots. This very nice lady helped point me in the right direction and she even came to the boot section with me to help. She asked me some questions about what I was looking for and so on, and she started pulling boots for me to try on. Before I knew it, I had found the pair I loved and it wasn't even what I thought I would get. She was very helpful and without her guidance I probably would've never found the right ones. This place has great staff that will help you with anything you need, whether it's boots or hat fittings or anything in-between. I highly recommend this store for your western needs

This place was fantastic! After another store failed to open on time, we found this place and we are so glad we did! It was fully stocked with exceptional bootwear for every occasion and age. We found some great quality work boots for the husband and a great belt. Prices were excellent and the staff were ON POINT! They were extremely helpful and so sweet through our entire visit. They have just about everything western you could need. It was hard not to spend more money in here. Will definitely be going back!

I was looking for a new pair of boots. Looked on the web found Pete's western wear. Looked at their inventory on line decided to go look, we live about an hour away.
When my wife and I walked in everyone said hi welcome to Pete's.
Asked if they could help us I told them I wanted to look at a few boots. Two ladies Norma and Jamie took my wife and I to look at the pointed toe boots. I tried on at least six or seven pair, they were very helpful never did they make us feel like we needed to hurry. Well I was down to two pairs I liked an older gentleman walked up Asked one of ladies about a price on a belt, she she said let me check that.
The gentleman looked at the boots I had on and the other pair I was considering. He said the ones you have on are your best all around boot. He asked how they felt I told him great however the other pair was a little fancier but did not feel as good He said go with the pair that feels the best to wear. I said sir you just made up my mind for me. I told him I would tell them he needed a commission for helping. It turned out he was Pete! He is retired but was in the store that day.
My wife and I have been back several times. I bought another pair of square toe boots belt pants and a very nice serattili hat. They remembered us and were always friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful. Not one time did we feel rushed even though we were in there for over an hour trying on boots. They did not try to get us to look at more expensive boots which was so nice. So if you are looking for boots or anything western give Pete's a try you will not regret it. My wife and I will be life long customers!!
They have a very good selection of boots and clothing. You will not find a friendlier staff.

The experience and service was great. They have a large selection of boots. I bought a pair and the heel started to come apart after one outing. I went back and they exchanged them for another. The service was exceptional. I am very picky and tried on at least every 12d they had. Lol not once did I feel rushed. They worked with me until I found a good pair.

I ordered a 2 piece suit through the mail from Pete's Town with the wrong size pants. Communication with the store was very hospitable and I got the right pant without a single issue. It was pleasant dealing with Andrea.

Customer service was great. They only had three pairs of women's steel toe work boots, but that's not their fault. It's my fault for not being at home by the kitchen sink, and some day i hope to learn my place. I also bought a pair of jeans, i'd go back. I'm very glad they had any women's steel/ composite toe at all.

Their always polite and very thoughtful and honest. Pete is there with his wife and staff to make sure you get the best deal possible, maybe it might not be what you want to pay, but believe me I've bought enough boots from that man and always walk out with some nice boots and a smile!

Been shopping here for years. Bought a few hats and a couple pair of boots here over the years and the staff is always friendly and helpful every time I come in and they keep a pretty good selection. I won’t shop anywhere else for work boots or for my western wear that’s in the area.

Only complaint is I wish It wasn’t such a drive to get there but it’s always worth the hour or so to get there from my house.

We were in Jonesboro for Thanksgiving 2021 and my daughter and I were interested in shopping for boots for the both of us. We went to Carter's (they didn't have enough selection for women) and they didn't carry the style of Justin Boots I wanted (4440) so we left. Ended up going up to Paragould to the Boot Store (again, slim pickins for women) and also no Justin 4440's. Ended up going to Pete's and my daughter found her a pair of boots and I also bought a pair of the Justin 4440's I was after. We should've went to Pete's to begin with! Sorry Pete! But I'm making up for it with this review. The ladies there were very helpful.

They have a great selection of Western Wear probably the largest in Jonesboro. Very competitive prices.

I needed a jacket for a Western themed gala and the ladies at Pete's went above and beyond helping me find the right item. They have been super helpful and I look forward to buying more from them in the future!

Always pleased with their products for years. Never disappointed. The service is outstanding. They now have a haberdashery for men's hats very satisfied with the Stetson I had taken care of there. As the name implies: WESTERN STORE.

I work here and we are always coming up with better ways to serve the public. But mostly with a smile, an "Hello".
