Gusano's Chicago-Style Pizzeria

Me and a buddy attempted the pizza challenge we were not successful but we will try again when we are more prepared it was a spur of the moment thing but we had a blast giving it a shot.

I have been to this restaurant a number of times over the last 15+years and the food still tastes the same. It's great! Wait staff has always been friendly and helpful. And the place is always clean and enjoyable no matter what time of day you go.

Exceeded expectations.

Looks like an ordinary pizza place and it was hopping busy on a Friday night. It smelled good. We ordered a few side salads and a pizza with traditional crust.

The salads were more than expected and we're fresh and fast.

The pizza took awhile but was worth the wait. The crust is like a cracker, but not hard. It was the perfect consistency. No soggy pizza! The sauce was good and nothing over the top. Best pizza I have had in awhile.

Staff was very nice too.

My wife and stopped in for lunch and found a great deal - 1 personal pan pizza - 1 salad and a drink for $9.95 great lunch special - Food was tasty service great and the price was right

Our pizza was a little different this time. It wasn't bad. I think it was the sauce. We eat here every time we are in town. The Bella Vista location is a popular place as there aren't a lot of places to eat in BV. It's usually packed and really loud. So much so that you can barely have a conversation with your dinner guests. Server was great, as usual.

Typical home town pizza place with folks there to shoot pool and kids after their baseball games. We just shared the cheesebread and a salad and were plenty full. The cheesebread is awesome! Service was good and the atmosphere is friendly. We'll be back.

Luis the manager and Jessica were the best, they came and checked on us and we had the best experience. The pizza was the very best I have ever had and that says a lot. I am from Chicago and we owned our own pizza restaurant so I know good pizza. If you have never tried we had double chunk sausage and mushroom and extra cheese and as I said amazing! Sorry ate the pizza. It was so filling could not eat more than a few pieces

My 3rd visit in a month. Took 2 family members tonight. This will be a regular stop for a great meal. The small dinner salads are huge. Great pizza too. There are lots of options on the menu. I'm not a drinker, but the bar is well stocked and visited. Service has been great everytime. I do highly recommend that you give it a try!

I recently moved to Bella Vista, and decided to try out Gusano's. Melinda was my server for my first visit, and I haven't had service that good in the last decade. I ran bars/restaurants for over twenty years, so I pay attention to attentiveness, memory, attitude, etc, and she is a godsend for this restaurant. I have been back since and my visit wasn't nearly as good, so now I make sure she will be there, when I want to visit. Without her, this review would never be 5 stars, but she makes Gusano's worth going back again and again.

I recommend the Leaf Erickson. Grilled chicken, fresh tomato, mushrooms. Most people order the standards but this is my favorite. Deep pan or thin it's all good.

Pizza is excellent for Arkansas and even by Chicago standards is very good. So says my 98 year old dad who lived almost his entire life there and knows a thing or two. I am 3rd generation Chicago and agree with him. The flavors and ingredients are fresh!

Some nice beers to wash it down with and the service is was equally good.

This is our go to place for pizza in NW Arkansas for sure.

The food was great and our waitress was very friendly. We had a 9 inch Chicago style which was the perfect amount of food for me and my husband.

Maybe I should have known because the place was hopping.

Maybe one of the most delicious cracker crust pizzas I have had!

The place looks like nothing special but this was a gem.

My brother his wife and I we went and picked up a chicken coop and Bella Vista from a friend of mine. So on the way back we stopped here and had us a Chicago style pie. It was delicious. If you get the chance to check them out go give them a try. Like me I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

We just moved to South West Mo, So this was our first time trying this place. We definitely were not disappointed. Sometimes you just want something other than Casey's pizza or Pizza Hut. This is a whole other level of great pizza. But sitting there waiting on pizza, we watched several plates of pasta and hot wings fly by. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to go back to try those before long. 😋

Seriously, this is probably my favorite place for pizza! The deep dish is incredible! It really is a taste of Chicago right here in NWA.

Loved the Chicago style Grub. Service was good. We had a 8 top and everyone enjoyed their pizzas

Their pizza, sandwiches, salads are all excellent menu selections. Melinda and the other servers are very nice, friendly.

Great place to eat and have a drink, waiters and waitresses are very nice, hard-working and the food ain't bad either LOL

Love the Chicago deep dish pizza! I’ve been to Chicago the pizza was ok (went to 5 restaurants and had deep dish) and the deep dish here is much better. Hands down better than Chicago!
