Super knowledgeable about all things biking-related AND super kind and friendly (and reasonably priced) as we got big sis's bike ready for little sis to ride. Customer service cannot be beaten, answered questions from an excited 10 year old with an epic level of patience. Highly recommend!

Took my friends bike in because his tire was loose. They fixed it no charge and were so fast. Happy new year to us. Definitely a great place.

Drove down from Portland to buy a hybrid bike to replace one that just recently got stolen. Staff were beyond accommodating and so so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop to buy a bike from or bring a bike in for service.

Expeditious excellence! This shop provides skilled service at a fair price, the staff are friendly & knowledgeable and the selection of bicycles is vast. There is a lot of parking available in their own lot that is adjacent to the shop, so don't worry about potential parking issues. They changed my tires within an hour or so and I am so happy about the improved performance in my bicycle. Thanks Bike Peddler professionals!

I have taken all my bikes there even if I didn’t buy them there. They have great Specialized bikes and a great selection, but I have been super happy with their service. For me the opportunity costs of doing this on my own doesn’t make sense, I love that I can trust them enough to drop off the bike tell them what I want and it’s always spot on! Super happy with them, it’s every thing you want in a local bike store including the employees knew my name! I also don’t get that “ha you only did 25 miles today you are so weak” feel from other stores. They are just happy to get people in good homes and share the love that biking brings all of us! Great organization!

Fast and friendly. Replaced one of the tubes on my jogging stroller for a great price. Texted to let me know when it was done. Plus there was a cute little dog there!

Easily the best bike shop for the begginer/avid/expert rider out there. With a big selection of items for your bike or apparel as well as their in store bike garage.

I got my bike fixed since my rear derailleur hanger broke and they fixed it up within one week since they had to order the part. As well as follow up calls on updates with my bike and they even threw in a new rear bike tire since they noticed mine was running with chunks taken off of it. Easily my favorite and only bike shop I'll gladly step into. As well as the amazing staff, couldn't ask for a better shop in Salem. Much love 💙💪🏽

I bought my bike here 7 or 10 years ago and neglected maintenance. I brought it in for maintenance, several broken spokes, dirty, and way out of gear alignment. They replaced a wheel, chain, and cleaned it up and tuned it. I had some issues with gears after I picked it up, but I brought it back and Nate went through it and noticed a few more parts that needed tuning and replaced. No hassel and great service, the staff is very friendly and experienced,and the prices were actually under what I was expecting after my neglect. I highly recommend this shop.

I had an issue with an e-bike I ordered online, right out of the box. Took it to a shop down the street and they were rude- to the point that I just left, and walked down the street to the Bike Peddler. I was greeted, music was playing, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. I was told what was wrong with my bike, and they even fixed it a day early. VERY reasonably priced, cheery people. You can tell they care about being a part of the community. Great experience!

Best road and mountain bikes selection. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . This is hands down best bike shop in Salem. I bought 2 bikes from them and will return again if need another one. I had issue with installing different pedals on my bike, they fixed it for me for free and had me on way in minutes. Wow what a customer service, thank you Bike Peddler.

I didnt buy my bike here, but they service the one I have. They always do a great job for a reasonable price. I also had Eric fit me to my bike which is a great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful and it's fun to just chat with them about rides and routes in the area. I highly recommend the Bike Peddler for all you bike needs. Best shop in Salem.

I can't say enough about the staff and the service here. I had my bike serviced last summer and they did a great job. However I needed a new bike due to an injury and with the help of the excellent staff I found the perfect bike.

There isn't a better shop in Salem.

The folks at The Bike Peddler are super nice and really helpful! I have rented bikes from them several times and they are really great at getting the bike all set up for my needs quickly. They are so friendly and always ask how my ride was when I return the bike!

I was interested in upgrading my road bike. Kallan and CJ at Bike Peddlers were so wonderful and took time to explain everything regarding the bikes i was interested in. Their knowledge and kindness sold me as much as the bike. With their help I found my bike! Wonderful experience. High recommend!

I just bought a brand new bike at this shop and was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff members. They were very attentive to each person and, being a Saturday, this was their busiest day of the week. I haven't owned a bike for over 20 years, so I'm pretty much a newbie at this. I'm going to be very dependent on these folks to help me keep my new bike in good working order and I feel confident they will do very well at that.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Helped me find what I was looking for, and did a saddle adjustment. Boomer deserves a raise.
