Nice people fast service lots of merchandise and parts

Bought a brand new ttr230 from them a year ago. Drove over 2 hours to them to find out that it was damaged in shipping. They told me they already had the new part ( side plastics) on order and would ship it to me when it arrived. A year later i call back and they have no idea what Im Talking about and say the salesman that worked with me dosent work there anymore. They told me I would have to bring the bike all the way to them to get it fixed. So in the end I paid full msrp for a damaged bike.

Got quoted $175 dollars for an oil change on a quad. for 2.5 quarts of oil. Asked for a carb tuning, they quoted me $275 for the carb kit + 150 for labor. The service department is a rip off. $275 for the carb kit. That is more then the cost of a complete new carb!!!. Save your money go to Gresham Power sports of LED Performance. These people don't care and are overpriced.

I came with my family to spend money. The vast majority of their products are not priced. We were not greeted. No one was available to assist us. The owner was rude and when I told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere he said "good" and returned to ignoring us. The Sales Manager apologized on behalf of the owner. Please consider doing business elsewhere.
