I have had a wonderful experience. We are lucky to have mental health care providers in this area that accept medicaid and most insurances! Usually seeing a therapist is so expensive. I really like it there and would recommend them to anyone.

I have received excellent care for over 40 years at the various offices in Berryville. As we all know, mental illness has no cure, and ongoing treatment by Dr’s, therapists, and paraprofessionals has been instrumental in my wellness. My current therapist has been such a blessing for me. I believe to receive the best care, one has to be an open and honest patient, and Madelyn gently and competently guides me through my rough spots with compassion, understanding, and professionalism.

I've had a great experience here. My therapist is amazing and has given me comfort and tools to help me along my journey. Haven't had any problems with this office. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible, to claim that these people care about mental health is a joke. Obviously only in it for the money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here they feed you through process after process to milk your insurance for as much as they can and waste your time.

They wanted my daughter to take her medicine regularly yet they prescribed medicine that wouldn't be covered all at the same time...and Raylene decided she didn't wanna see me because of a issue that happened and I got upset with people who don't even live in Arkansas...you would think she would wanna see me and help me since she knows a little background of my story and what's going on with my daughter but she doesn't want to help so I just won't go see anybody.idc what happens at this point.And she will no longer see my daughter as a patient either.I thought I was going to be able to see her since I felt comfortable with her but she wants me to see somebody else and that's not gonna happen.I will not recommend HER to anybody.AND COME TO FIND OUT THIS LADY CALLED DFACS ON MEAND TOLD THEM LIES ABOUT ME NOT TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO A HOSPITAL WHICH I DID SHE WAS IN THERE FOR A WEEK AND ALSO SAYING I SENT HER TO HER ABUSER WHICH I NEVER DID THAT ALSO AND HAVE ALL PAPERWORK VERIFYING.MY DAUGHTER HAS AN APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW COUNSELOR AT THE FACULITY TOMORROW WHILE I AM THERE I WILL BE MAKING A REPORT ABOUT THIS AS WELL AS CONTACTING THE POLICE

If you need help or your in a bad way. Don't call here. Don't bother trying Don't come in... won't do you any good the lady answering the phone will tell you to come in then act like she doesn't know why you are here .

These people will overcharge you. And if they get upset about anything beware they will kick you out of the program. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!😡

Needs lots of improvement in all areas. Be careful they will try to overcharge you.
