Jacob, our sales representative was very friendly and helpful. We were late coming in, but made it just before closing to open a new account. He stayed late to get us set up. My family was super appreciative for his assistance. Best service ever!!!

Very helpful. Have to go back to ask questions on a recent purchase. Wish everything could have been done that day so I didn't have to travel 26 miles round trip to have issues dealt with.
Update: Very helpful people. Sometimes you feel like you wait forever, but not their fault. They're busy helping other customers, and they give the customer their undivided attention. Bumped up rating because of that fact.

Carlos is the best! He's very knowledgeable in options and was a big help and had extreme patience, not much can be done here tho besides buying overpriced devices ^.^

Jacob was awesome! He helped me find the right phone and had answers for all my questions, and if he was unsure of something, he looked it up, making sure I got accurate information. Great customer service! I live 1400 miles from my 85 year old dad but help him with his cell phones when I can. He recently had to replace his phone so I got the replacement from Verizon directly and sent him to Russell to have the new phone activated and his contacts moved. They took care of him no problem and didn't make a dime. Thanks tons to the Berryville staff! Go there, they will take care of you!

Christy the store manager is one of the most professional and knowledgeable managers I have ever seen. Justin her assistant is outstanding in customer service and product knowledge. To be honest all of her staff are great. Thank you Russell cellular you rock....

When I went there two days ago, I was greeted immediately at the door, and my needs were taken care of. While I was in there I noticed that the store was spotless and well organized, and the employees there are so sweet and very considerate. Definitely going back there!

Broke my phone while on vacation and needed to get a new phone quickly. Keisha was outstanding! Stopped by there and within 25-30 minutes, I had picked out a new phone (Keisha was very helpful with this process), she set it up, installed a screen protector, went over features of the phone and had me out the door! One of the best mobile phone buying experiences I have had.

The young lady named Jaylen was very very helpful, the instant we drove up she came to the door and held it open for me. Also held the door open when it came time for me to leave. I highly recommend her

My experience with the employees at Russell Cellular was wonderful. It took two visits over two days to straighten out problems with my account and to purchase a new IPhone. I dealt with Christie, Justin, and Crystal, and was impressed with all three. Their attitude and experience is something far above what I am used to in my 20+ years with Verizon. If I still owned my business, I’d try to poach all three of them.
