Precision Brake Center Benton

My family and I have trusted Precision Brake with our vehicles for the last several years. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and very diverse in their abilities to work on a wide range of vehicles.

With each visit, I have always felt as though they took their time to properly diagnose the issue. They have always followed up their diagnosis by helping me determine the best course of action to repair the issue in the most cost efficient manner.

Whether it’s and oil change or an engine change, Precision Brake is my one stop, mechanic shop!

I Have had 3 different vehicles worked on here multiple times and try to have all my servicing done here , awesome service and workmanship. I plan my services on trips to Benton as I live 4 hours away. Also had a friend break down that was passing through and they called a wrecker for him, got his truck to shop and fixed it immediately so he could get back on road to make his daughters birthday party !!! GREAT PEOPLE !!!!

I will always come to these guys to work on my car took my Camaro in they were fast and the price was wayyy lower than I was expecting . Scotty and Billy Kruck were amazing too

My wife had a screw in her tire on a Friday afternoon I pulled into the shop and immediately had someone come out to help they pulled the car in and had the tire fixed within a few minutes and back on the road, hands down best service I’ve personally ever had from a repair shop

This has to be the best place to have your car worked on in Benton. We had shocks and struts replaced on our 2020 F150, the price was about equal to what another place quoted us. The service was Supreme. Very friendly and professional. We had to wait as this was our only vehicle. The waiting area is nice, clean and there is a TV, and bathroom (very clean) available. Excellent staff. There is an added bonus of a warranty on the work.

I am an old man that cannot crawl under my vehicle to make repairs anymore. But I have worked on cars all my life and it is hard to let someone else do the work that I have always been able to. Precision Brake always does me right with a fair price and outstanding work. It is difficult to trust a repair shop nowadays but Precision Brake has my trust and my business.

I can't say enough good things about the folks at this location. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and do excellent work. Massive bonus points for earning mine and my wife's respect over how she is treated by them. Mechanics stereotypically can treat women poorly, and that's not the case here. Also, I know enough about cars to know when someone is trying to take advantage, and have never felt that way here. All very great reasons we will continue to gladly give them our business. Had a wonderful experience last week at Precision Brake, after years of below average service at the Toyota dealership in NWA. Spencer was excellent at explaining the issues, providing pictures and suggesting the best solutions to fix the issues. Not only did he check the issue that it was brought in for, but also was very thorough in checking the vehicle all over for any other problems or issues that might come up in the future. I walked away with a better understanding of what was going on, a fix to the problems, and feel like I finally have a mechanic I can trust. 5 ⭐- Highly recommend.

Great place for all your automotive needs. Took my 1988 Camaro Irocz28 to them and the owner Spencer Elton was very kind and knew excalty what I wanted done, they went over that car front to rear fixed what ever they found and did a Super job very professional but has that friendly country mannerisms I will use them for all my automotive needs and fixed right the 1st time, Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

Read the good reviews and made a great choice for my vehicle. My car shakes when braking from high speed. They replaced rotors and installed new brake pads. Delivered as promised. Fast service and easy customer service. Would go there again.

Excellent customer service. We have been using them for over 20 years. I have never had one issue with bad service. Always fair and excellent about getting my vehicles fixed within the same day even when I have had major issues. I highly recommend Spencer and his mechanics for any work big or small.
