Dollar General

They almost always have what I'm looking for. It's small, so it's a quick in & out. The employees are friendly, kind & helpful! And it's a nice & clean store that's well stocked!

The store at Congo and longhills in Benton Arkansas has great employees and manager.i have seen the manager lady Courtney?? Up at the store at 2:00am and at 3:45am working on trying to get stock on the shelfs before they opened the next morning.i shop at the store every single day for everything from food, drinks,and cigarettes.in my opinion the lady manager goes far above and beyond the normal expectations of any employees.personally I would not do all the extra work she has to do without being paid more money.if I understand correctly she works for a flat pay rate not being paid for the hours of overtime I know that she works.they should pay good employees what they deserve and not try to pinch every penny they can.customers keep the store open and good employees keep the customers coming back to that store.

Love dollar general Congo Ferndale and Lawson, just wish they would do a better job of making people wear mask before I call on.them
