Update: Went back to the studio over Spring Break and took the Yin/Restorative class with Caitlin. Loved it! Left feeling calm and relaxed. Highly recommend it.

Happy to discover this little studio on my last trip to Manzanita. Attended classes by both of the teacher-owners, Katie and Charlene. Both are well-educated, experienced, and know how to create a restorative space. Perfect way to start the day, and just up the street from the beach.

I have been attending classes with Katie and Charlene for a couple of years. It's always a great experience. I've practiced at a number of different studios now and Yoga Roots is the best.

July 2022: the studio is essentially closed

July 2015: My wife and I drove here from Cannon Beach for the yoga. Yoga Roots did not disappoint. Cozy studio with great vibe. Katie is an awesome instructor!
