This is an amazing gym, with an incredible community and fantastic coaches! I would recommend this gym to Crossfit or Weightlifter beginners because you would start off with superb coaching. BUT I would also highly recommend this gym to any experience high-level athlete, because they really will only improve your skills, technique and strength! The coaching is everything you could need/want as an athlete! This gym is also expanding into a new building right next door to the current facility, so there will be more room to play, get sweaty and hang with the family you will become apart of when you join CF DragonFire!

Stopped in for a WOD while in the area and the people couldn’t have been nicer. I’d definitely come back.

I attempted to drop in. The website says open Sunday but it’s not. The owner wrote suggesting that I come on Saturday. I came and found out they decided on Friday to cancel Saturday.
