I have been with them for 19 yrs and have held many positions with them. Yes the core of the operation is based on family's. The driver that stayed the longest lasted 45 years!

They may not be the perfect company. But they try to accommodate each drivers needs and situations.

Ny husband works for this company and has for four years this time around. When we were going through alot of issues with my mom they were very kind and understanding when it came to my husband needing to be with family. When we lost her they were even better. Very family centered and I will keep singing their praises.
