They came out on the same day because our septic tank was full and we were unable to use it. They were finished within forty-five five minutes. The technicians and the office personnel were very kind to us.l

After calling three other companies, Westark plumbing was able to come out same day for a sewer drainage issue that was affecting our garage. Michael was awesome and was very professional. They were quick, and I thought the charge was very very reasonable.

I can't say enough how grateful I am they were able to get out quickly and repair our pressure regulator to the house. Fairly priced and responded quick to get out next day as they had no one available for emergency work last night.

Wayne and Bud showed up on time, took a look at our problem, gave me a quick rundown of what they had to do to fix my self imposed problem. They got to work and got it done in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Could not have asked for much more. And Robin was really nice on the phone and took care of us.

These guys saved me from a rip-off company (Mr Rooter) with their help I got my sewer line fixed and it only cost $205 instead of the $4000 the other company wanted. Cabe and Brad showed up promptly and did a thorough video inspection, marked the ground and told me the depth. They checked everything and even offered advice. I’m going to have westark back to install a gas line at less than half the price of the rip-off company. Everyone I’ve met or spoken with at westark is smart, honest, hard working and focused on the customer. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

My dad and I were very impressed. The woman who handles their phones and scheduling is on top of it. The guys who came out were professional and kind. They installed four toilets and a sink/faucet, hauled off the old toilets and trash all for a decent price. We will definitely be using WestArk for future projects - up next, tankless water heater!

They were accurate in timing estimate, showed up after courtesy call, quickly identified leak and repaired with improved connection. Both men professional, polite and cordial. I would recommend and call again!

I called to have Westark Plumbing snake a tub drain for me. I had checked prices for the area and they were dead even with the other plumbers I called. The plumber I have used in the past wasn't taking calls today and I needed the issue handled as soon as possible so I decided to go with Westark.

The service I received was out of this world. Larissa set up the appointment for me and I let her know that I would be out to lunch at some point. She made sure that I got a call before the tech left to come to my house. Within ten minutes of that call I had two techs at my door. Donnie and Pierce were extremely friendly and helpful. They had the issue resolved in minutes and they were on their way.

While they were finishing up I had been talking to them and I believe distracted them a bit. They forgot to screw the overflow cap back on and I didn't want to risk damaging it so I called them back. Larissa apologized more than once and sent the first tech she could to come finish up the job. She also gave me another confirmation call letting me know that a tech was on his way.

Bryant was my next tech. Once again, an extremely friendly person who was eager to help. He fixed the overflow for me in no time. He also spoke to me briefly about how to correctly reattach the overflow cap and the danger of removing both of the screws and not just one. He apologized for the inconvenience and was on his way.

Then as I was about to leave to run some errands Donnie and Pierce pulled up to personally apologize for not having everything finished. I couldn't have been happier with the courtesy and professionalism displayed. Westark will be my first call from now on and they should be yours as well.

Wonderful company and employees. I have had to use WestArk on more than one occasion, and I have always been very happy with the service and results... and the prices! It is really hard to find an affordable, trustworthy company these days. As a mother who is home alone often with my children during the day, employing someone who will be in my home with me can often times be intimidating or scary. I have always felt safe and reassured by the plumbers employed by WestArk.

I had a fire in a natural gas grill today--the day after Labor Day. We had to have the Fire Department here and the Gas Company to turn off the gas. I knew that Westark Plumbing would be swamped and just said that I would pay for after hours rates to get someone here. Thank you, Robin, because your people came here so quickly and did such a great job. They have to come back tomorrow, which I understand, but you have the best people. We always use Westark Plumbing. Thank you! I give Westark Plumbing a 5 Star Rating with no hesitation.
