Premier Dentistry - Dentist in Gresham

The best dental office I’ve ever been to from NYC to the west coast. The whole staff from the dentists to the front desk is full of awesome people who make you feel at home. It’s such a pleasure visiting this dental practice because they’re so good at their job and make my experience pain free. They also explain everything so well that I always learn something about my tooth care and the work they do on my teeth.

The office culture at Premier Dentistry is also the best I’ve ever been around — it doesn’t even feel like you’re at a typical dentists office. It’s bright and energetic in there at all times. If you’re looking for a dentist, I can’t recommend anywhere better.

My recent visit to Premier Dentistry in Gresham, OR, as a new patient, was exceptionally pleasant. I was greeted warmly with a welcome gift of a coffee mug, pen, and a gift card to a local coffee shop, a gesture that made me feel valued right away.

The dental care was top-notch. Ann, the dental hygienist, impressed me with her detailed explanations and procedures, all while being incredibly kind and reassuring. Dr. Shim, the dentist, was thorough in explaining my dental issues and recommendations, making me feel well-informed and at ease.

The front office staff was notably patient and helpful in arranging my future appointments, making the process smooth and stress-free. The cozy office, with TVs on the ceiling for entertainment during treatments, added to the overall comfort.

In short, my experience at Premier Dentistry was outstanding. I left feeling well cared for and am delighted to be a new patient at a practice that so clearly prioritizes patient comfort and care.

They made me feel so comfortable and I barely felt the shot ( The worst part for me). Top notch service from everyone in the front office to everyone in back. They were all so kind. Finally I've found a great dentist! I Can not recommend them enough!!

I feel like I’m visiting a spa when I go to Premier Dentistry. They always take care of their patients and they are very caring and efficient. Offering state of the art technology and premier treatments (I know this sounds like an ad) but it’s not they are just really that good!

I've never had fun going to the dentist, but this place makes it as pleasant as possible! Every single person I dealt with was very nice to talk to. Dr. Shim and Dr. Pak are both excellent dentists! Aimee is a wonderful hygienist! Ashleigh and Erica did a great job dealing with scheduling & payment! So much better than any other dental experience I've had!

I had an exceptional experience at Premier Dentistry. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Shim was highly skilled and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and modern, which added to the overall comfort. I'll definitely be returning for all of my dental needs!

Love, love, LOVE Dr. Pak! I have sat in her chair 3x for extensive work and have never had such a good experience in my entire life with any dentist, EVER, and I am in my late 50's; gentle, comfortable, relaxed experience all the way around. By the way, as much as I love Dr. Pak, the entire office has this vibe. I don't think I will ever dread the dentist again as long as I can come here. They do deserve your business, just don't make them too busy to see me :)

I love Premier Dentistry. Everyone is super friendly and it actually makes you want to go to the dentist! I never have any work done that is not necessary and they are extremely honest in their presentation.

This office runs a tight ship. I have had 2 appointments and they were on time for each and both were in the afternoon when most office run late. Well done!

I had 2 crowns and a filling today. 3 hours non-stop but not grueling!! They offered me breaks, water and a blanket to make sure I was comfortable. I am really impressed by these folks!

My appointment was terrific! I can tell by the questions Dr. Shim asks me that he really cares about my dental health. He is so pleasant, and has a good sence of humour Ðentistry has been

Truly an amazing place! Wonderful, friendly staff and fantastic dentists with equipment I’ve never even seen before. I went in scared and in a lot of pain and they did such and excellent job I was blown away, I will never go anywhere else!

I had the most relaxing dental cleaning today. Premier Dentistry has a tv mounted overhead. I watched a great show on blowing glass and the time flew by!

A genuine thank you to Dr. Shim for his expertise and gentle touch. The injection and procedure were painless and completed quickly. All of the office staff were warm and friendly as well.

Everyone was so kind and transparent and helpful! Every interaction I had was pleasant and non-judgmental. Special thanks to Nikki who definitely made going to the dentist less scary for me!!
