We recently had Empower install fiber internet in our home. The technicians, Cory and Matt, called to inform us they were on the way and arrived right on time. They were very courteous and efficient in their work. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and always asked if we had any questions. The whole process took no more than an hour. After we were hooked up, they helped to make sure all our devices were able to connect. We look forward to fast, reliable service from Empower.

The customer service is wonderful. Prices affordable for dependable, fast internet, I live in a rural area that had limited internet service, but empower is changing that situation for many people. I am very grateful for their commitment to provide top tier, widespread internet availability

Empower is the best internet service around! They have the best customer service and if you have problem they fix it fast. My service was down day before holiday and they went out of their way to make sure our service was back up. I just have to say I really appreciate it and I recommend them to anyone.

The tech who came to deliver our new router and set up our network and password was friendly, informative, and expeditious. We were able to get service within 24 hours after a big storm.

Guy who did my install went above and beyond to run fiber correctly. Had bad install before before them, and he came in and fixed issues and made it look fantastic. And BONUS was very kind and courteous. Not use to getting this good of customer service.

We have been with Empower since as long as we could be and we love it! Our previous provider cost more and had a lot of service issues. We rarely, if ever, have experienced a service issue with Empower. Their customer service department is also amazing (although k don’t get to speak to them much because we rarely have an issue). We will er lifelong customers.

Jacqueline was so helpful with getting us scheduled for our install! The office did great keeping in contact with us and the installer was right on time and answered all of our questions. They did a great job helping us find the perfect location for equipment. It is so nice to finally have fast, dependable, and affordable internet service in our home!!

Empower has the best internet services! My sales rep, Jacqueline Gatling, always takes the best care of us! When we moved houses in January, certain spots didn’t get good signal. So I called Jacqueline, and she had a tech out that day to get us situated and move equipment! Excellent customer service!

Empower is THE GOAT. We have had several different internet providers over the years and none were as fast, affordable, or as efficient as Empower. The customer service is top notch! They have came to the rescue after our dog ate our equipment on a Sunday and didn't hesitate.

My favorite thing about empower is the upload speed is the same as the download speed. I upload a lot of files and do a lot of backups. So this keeps things running smoothly. Not to mention the customer service. Jacquiline is amazing! She got everything set up and going in no time. Thank you empower for your team!

For years there were very few options for internet service in the rural area where I live. When I found out Empower was available, I was so excited! I had been working from home for several months and required to complete audio/visual appointments. The service I was using had numerous problems. Empower has made working from home much easier for me! It also makes streaming our favorite shows a breeze! I highly recommend Empower! Customer service has been excellent!

I just upgraded to Empower and I will say the internet is super fast but what I will brag on the most is their customer service. Actually being able to talk to a person instead of waiting on the phone for what seems like hours is the number one reason I absolutely love them! A+++ service.

We are thrilled with our fast internet. The two technicians, Garrett and Kyle were extremely knowledgeable when answering our questions. We had the entry point moved to a better location in our home. Empower has been a blessing for us! The customer service is magnificent and they are always willing to come out and help or walk me through any trouble shooting issues. We rarely ever don’t have Wi-Fi and the speed is great since I’m in school using internet all the time!!

Very fast, reliable internet and great customer service! We have had several different internet providers in the past and decided to give Empower a try a few months ago. They have exceeded our expectations and installation was very quick! We have had zero internet interruptions with Empower which was a common problem with past internet providers. We have had empower since November 2020 and we love it!! It’s been phenomenal. We love it so much, that we are getting my grandparents connected so they can ditch their expensive directv and enjoy streaming tv instead.
