Kaiser Permanente Rockwood Dental Office

Kaiser Rockwood is by far one of the better Kaiser dental offices. All of the dentists I have met so far, have been knowledgeable, very confident and gentle. Jane, dental hygienist at Kaiser Rockwood, is the best one I have had in my life. She knew I was nervous from a past experience at a different location, and made sure she explained everything thoroughly, used warm water, and even offered numbing cream for my gums before cleaning. Little details that made a huge difference.

Dr K and his assistant Brittny are really good at their jobs and seeing your mind at ease. I have had a lot of dental procedures done and these 2 have impressed me every step of the way with my crown. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is amazing!! Both front desk ladies Jennie and Lidiya were so kind when I first arrived and helped me out with future scheduling for some cavity fills in just seconds!! My dental care has never been so good, thanks Rockwood !!!

Rockwood is the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else. All the Hygenists are awesome, caring and sweet. The Drs and Assts let u know all the different options available and ask u if u need anything. I always feel welcome there.

Greeted promptly and courteously. My Hygienist was very through and kept me comfortable with neck support and warm blanket back support. Very through cleaning. Dentist was also very through with Xray explanations about by teeth and Dental hygiene. Great all around experience if you have to go to the Dentist.

I had the best experience, I love how Veronka and her assistant took great care of me, I had new partials and they were perfect. I love how they look, and if I had any concerns or questions don't hesitate to ask. Awesome team, I love kaiser.

For years I’ve gone to the Sunnyside location for all of my dental needs despite living four minutes away from this location honestly because Rockwood can be pretty ghetto. That being said after two appointments at this location I don’t see myself going anywhere else! The entire staff is absolutely amazing! I hate going to the dentist like a lot of other people and I get really anxious which causes me more often then not to flake the day of and I’ve done so for years now. The staff here however have been so insanely kind and compassionate immediately disarming my nerves and putting me at ease. I don’t feel judged or dismissed. Every one there is so patient and personable and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care I’ve received from them! Dr. Nyguen specifically is phenomenal and I can’t say enough about my experience with him. He exudes kindness and patience and I would absolutely recommend him!

Excellent service from reception to X-ray to hygienist to dentist. So happy and relieved with how well it went. Everyone was very helpful, welcoming, warm and proficient.

I’ve only seen Yian for the past couple years, and I’m so thankful I found her. She is caring, kind, and gentle. I have only seen Dr. K a few times, I was recently assigned to a new dentist as mine moved to a different city. Dr. K has answered all my concerns, and seems caring. I had a difficult filling with him, and he was gentle, and the appt went smoothly.

Lydia has always been super nice at check in, I’ve mostly only ever checked in with her and checked out as well.

I couldn’t picture Rockwood without the team they have. Keep up the good work Rockwood Dental!

I had my teeth cleaning at Rockwood Dental today. Jane is the best. There’s nothing else to say.

Jane, Julia, and Dr. E were very kind and understanding today. It was my first dental visit in many years because of poverty and a lack of insurance, and I was very tense and ashamed of my situation. They all made me feel cared for and supported, not judged. I am very grateful and impressed.

My grandma Elizabeth came here to get her dentures fitted. She raved about how great the service was and how friendly the staff were. I believe the dentist/hygienist that worked on her during the most recent visit was named Veronika. She was so happy with their service that she asked me to write them a review about how wonderful they were to her :)

Dr Susan was awesome. Fixed broken cavity with no pain - Plus got me a flue shot.

Peter Nguyen, at Rockwood General Dentistry. Answered all my questions that I had. Peter explained the procedure for my visit. His office was on time and professional. I will return to this office.

I’ve been seen by two amazing hygienists at my new Dentist’s, Dang Khoa Nyguen, DMD, Rockwood Dental office, in a VERY short period of time for an exam and four deep cleanings.

Two visits in the same day by Anna Koroteyev, RDH (On-call hygienist): an exam and deep cleaning. She made me feel comfortable and was very empathetic of my situation.

Three times in two visits by Jane Kaady, RDH,: one cleaning and then a less than a week later, Jane offered to do two deep cleanings back-to-back. She went above and beyond for me, and I’m very grateful for her willingness to help me with my situation and clear communication, as well as her sweet personality.

Lydia, one of the many amazing receptionists, has been very helpful getting me appointments astronomically quicker than an even an impossible and unrealistic expectation could not be set by any unreasonable person. She hit it out of the park and has been very helpful fitting me in where they could, while keeping me with the same Hygienist, as best she could.

Thank you to all who have been a part of my procedures and experience within the Kaiser dental system…and thank you to those I’ve not mentioned. You all have made this a great experience…one that will I never forgotten or fail to appreciate. 😁

I was in a week ago for my routine cleaning. My hygienist Ezra is just exceptional! She keeps me calm and always is so encouraging. I actually enjoy coming in for cleanings with her. She encouraged me in my dental care and I never feel bad. Thank you Ezra for your professionalism and influence on your patients.

I want to start off by saying I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all. I have put it off for four years because I get such horrible anxiety just thinking about it. let me tell you hands down greatest dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is very inviting and understanding. My visit was pain free with my comfortability a top priority on their list. If you are looking for a place who listens and makes sure you have a great experience this is it. From the Front desk to the X-ray tech to the Assistant to Hygienist to the Dentist they all exceeded expectations. Thank you

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, and when I finally decided to get my cleaning done, I went here. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. X-rays are all done digitally now, so no need for the heavy apron anymore and apparently emits less radiation then previous scanning deceives (which I thought that was pretty cool). During my cleaning my hygienist Yian was very easy to talk to and never made me feel guilty when I admitted to neglecting my oral hygiene sometimes. She even gave me good suggestions on how to remedy my bad habits. She was also considerate about my comfort throughout the whole visit (asking if I needed a blanket, if she was causing pain during cleaning, etc). I left feeling refreshed. Thanks for the good vibes Rockwood staff.
