Sheridan Stables & Riding School

Literally one of the highlights of my year was taking a horse riding lesson from this place. Brooke is such a delight to work with and learn from! She teaches you everything you’ve ever wanted to know about horses from anatomy to behavior to grooming to safety and more. The horses were so beautiful and well cared for by these dedicated and passionate people, it had my animal loving heart at ease.
We were free to take pictures and videos and were given the option of riding outside or inside. The hour long lesson in English riding style was more than enough time for us to ask questions and get up to a canter on our horses. If you’re hesitating because of the price, rest assured it is a steal for what you’ll gain out of the experience.
(As a bonus, there were also several friendly working barn cats!)
