Excellent place very historical and comforting open at a decent time and serve some killer fish and chips

The best service we have had in a very long time. We walked in as a party of 11, and they set up a spot for us all to ourselves in the back area. From order to table; 15 min tops. Everything was delicious, the bill was more than reasonable, and our waitness was super sweet. Thanks so much for the great experience.

This place is chock full of character. I arrived a little before opening. At 11:00 a.m. I walked up to the door, I was passed by a local who removed the sign blocking door. I took that as a cue to go in as well.
The locals continued to trickle in the entire time I was there. The food was excellent. The chowder was amazing.
I had the daily special, a fried cod sandwich with potato salad.
The sandwich was a thin slice of Cod fried very crisp. Delicious.
You can sit outside as well with a great view of the Bay.

Kelley, the owner, was top notch remembering all of the locals drinks and handing them out as they sat down.
If you're in the area don't hesitate to go here, enjoy the view, and maybe if you're lucky, a conversation with a local.

My husband & I went for dinner and a drink. The friendly waitress immediately greeted us and got our drink order. She brought our drinks and took our food order. My husband had the prime rib, garlic toast, salad, and loaded baked potato. I ordered the clam chowder bowl w garlic toast and loaded potato after seeing my husband's lol. Our food came quickly. It was fresh, hot and tasted great! We are locals, and this is the best place for prime rib and at a fantastic price!!! I think the clam chowder is the best around!!! And Taco Tuesdays are pretty yummy too!!! We really love stopping by for an ice-cold beer in the summertime while sitting out in the back patio area overlooking the bay. Cant wait for winter to be over, Come on summer!!! 🍻

Great place!!! A little hard to find, but well worth it! The food is excellent and everyone is super friendly. The fish sandwich is outstanding. But you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Great drinks and specials as well.

Coastal dive bar with a Friday prime rib that rocks!

Giant wood structure that created a nice sea-like ambiance - views of a bay inlet from big windows. Bar circled by tables. Bright with plants. Our food was really good - high quality greens - a classic club. They had a nice array of seasonal drinks - our spicy bloody marys were delicious. It was clearly a locals favorite but they were nice to us as tourists and even gave me a delicious shot because it was my birthday.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and decor! Fun place to eat and have a drink. We enjoyed the clam strips, clam chowder, and mozzarella sticks.

The food is very good. The atmosphere is relaxed, very casual Portside overlooking the bay, and the service is very friendly and attentive. Simple bar food, great burgers, great apps and excellent Prime Rib on Friday.

Great mom and pop kinda dive bar. Wii bowling tournaments and plenty of fishing stories to be had here. If your into that small town ,everyone knows everyone, friendly, rustic and Quant vibe this is the place for you! Highly recommend that if your on the oregon coast and want a stiff drink,great food and a great atmosphere you stop in.

Stopped for a beer. Had two, and their amazing tots with cheddar and jalapenos. What a great place. Cheers!

We got the shareable platter with some extra mozzarella sticks and poppers. Probably the best fried appetizers I’ve ever had. Light and crispy and even stayed crispy in a to go box since we got it to go. My only complaint was the ranch. I like thinner ranch and it was very very thick but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

We had the best prime rib dinner, great cocktails however.... the customer service & vibe was outstanding 👌 we will be back for breakfast.

Kelley's Place is the best adult hangout. The staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. The fish melts in your mouth, the biggest clam strips I have ever had, the best clam chowder I have ever had, big pieces of clam in the chowder and the sandwiches are so big you have to take half home. This will always be my go to place to eat in Garibaldi.

Great everything! We found this place on a whim and fell in love. Beautiful view. The food was great, service is amazing, and overall just a great place to sit and have a drink.

Rustic Elegance. My wife & I had fish & chips. Breaded on site. My mother-in-law had the prime rib.

And the views. Oh, the views. Right along the docks, unfettered views

It's, to me, an authentic Oregon Coast place.

Peaceful & tranquil pano views of the bay! Excellent venue! Friendly service.

Kelly's place is a sweet bar. The actual bar is made to look like a boat! They have a pool table , Foosball and some other stuff to do when you're enjoying a drink or two. The outside smoking area looks over part of Tillamook bay. You can sit out there watching birds and other wildlife. All and all it's a cool place with an awesome owner. Come check out Kelly's place if you're ever in Garibaldi, OR.

Always the best of best service. Bar food (but) is good and always improving. If you want a great time on the bay in Garibaldi this is the place to go.

Awesome I wish we would have found this place sooner! Great food and drink and they won't break the bank like everywhere else around here absolutely love this place 10/10!!!!!!! We will be back THANK YOU KELLEY!
