Best gym EVER hands down! I’ve been a member here for the past ten years! I love that Chris treats you like family and you’re not just a “number” to him! So much better coming to a family owned facility opposed to a corporate ran facility! The swimming pool is my second home :) Weekdays during early afternoons are the best times for lap swimming! Love their aqua and boxing class! I also love that this gym has family swim night for the littles! Can’t wait to take my child to family swim night every week! :)

Great gym, lots of equipment, multiple cable stations spread out on weightroom floor. Clean facility, friendly staff. Hot yoga with Del is the best! And, allowed me to cancel over the phone (I'm moving, and sad to leave) which was quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t get enough with this gym. ❤ I’ve been going since I was a little girl. The spa, gym and sauna are kid friendly, friendly staff, clean, have great classes to join free with membership like hot yoga and others. If you are looking for a gym. This one is it. Trust me. Thank you for all guys do. I appreciate it and the shakes are sooo addicting haha 😊.

I have been to yoga all over Portland and been to many yoga studios, but I have a membership at Lyft for the hot yoga with Del 3xs a week and his cold scented towels at the end of class 😁 I literally cannot find yoga anywhere else that I love as much! And added bonus, the price of a membership here is wayyy less than a yoga studio!!

Not to mention everyone at front desk is always so welcoming and friendly! Love the smoothie bar! Loveeee the sauna! Big variety of classes, pool, tanning I could go on and on.

I started my workout journey over 4 years ago at this gym. Not only does this gym have all the amenities one could ask for, but they also have this sense of community that many other gyms that I’ve been to don’t have. Between the free classes (with membership) and welcoming employees and management, this gym created a place for me to improve myself with no judgement, only motivation. I will recommend this gym to anyone who ask.

Great gym! Plenty of machines and equipment, great amenities, kind staff. Owner Chris Card is amazing, so kind and personable. Very supportive of teachers and folks in the community. Highly recommend joining here !

Best gym out here. Sauna, Hot tub, cold plunge, swimming pool, hot yoga, tanning , every machine you could ask for. Employees are friendly . Can’t go wrong here

The best gym in town. They literally got everything from dry and steam sauna. Also a swimming pool and a boxing area.

I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and the staff is very friendly, very diverse set of gym equipment aswell. I’ve made a lot of friends from going here and don’t plan on leaving soon.

Protein shakes, pool, tanning and classes all for a reasonable price. Crystal at the front desk is amazing!

Always been accommodating. Has good open hours. If you need anything that involves nutrition they have it. A lot of good classes available for multiple schools of training.

Great place. Keeps its Golds Gym roots strong.

This is the best gym in Gresham hands down! I don't know why I ever went anywhere else! Some of their machines may be a little older but they are far from outdated! I'll never go to another gym again!

This gym is the best one I have ever been to. Not only do all their classes come with the membership but there teachers and staff are wonderful! I am so happy this place exists and I can not recommend it more. Two full floors of equipment!

Did 3 days trial I love the quiet atmosphere in this gym. TV and Music is not blasting that you can enjoy your workout and your own music. Chris is such a nice guy and other employees are very polite. They have jacuzzi which I really love.
Tried their smoothie. Best smoothie I ever had. I am signing up soon.

Love this gym! Coming from a gym "that shall not be named" I can actually get my workout in. No one on their phones. Never busy during the day or night. Can't wait to try out the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff is amazing. THEY CARRY BUCKED UP!

I couldn’t ever switch gyms. I have been having a rough time lately and Cris was so helpful and understanding of my situation he helped me out so much. He saved me so much money right when I needed it most. Thank you!!! This really is a gym that feels like family.

Amazing gym! So many different machines and lots of space! The staff are always super nice and helpful! If you are looking for a new gym I would definitely recommend Lyft Fitness!!

Been going to aqua fit for a month now. I love all the instructors. Met lots of nice friendly people. Recommend highly.
