Fixing some leaky pipes we decided to replace our 17 y/o water heater. Got a great estimate from Stan and scheduled a time to install new heater. Rico came out next day and did a great job with new heater. Rico was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Stan The Hot Water Man if you want quality work at a very reasonable price.

The also replaced a leaking intake faucet and put in new overflow pipes and added earthquake straps.

We like many others has frozen and burst pipes over the last few weeks. When ours burst, the hot water heater fried.
I called so many places trying to get on the list to come out. We were able to temporarily fix our pipes for cold water but were without hot.
The only delay in my service was due to the hot water heater company sending parts in a timely manner. Our tech, Tyler went above and beyond checking on the status of our parts with the company often. When the parts arrived he was Johnny on the spot and got here ASAP to get us hot water again. 2.5 weeks without hot water was tough with little ones and no way to shower at home, but we made it. Tyler arrived this morning and got us up and running!

Our water heater broke down during the recent freeze. I called Stan the Hot Water Man and they were able to come out the next day. The technician, Jesse, was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. The issue ended up being different than his initial diagnosis, but he stuck with the original quote despite more labor and got our hot water back on after only an hour or so. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great to work with them. I had issues with my water heater and initially worked with other company that charged a lot and did not deliver; my experience with Dan from Stan the water heater man was excellent - knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest. Did not charged for just showing up - he did the work, and I can tell he know what he is doing. Finally, after 2 months of cold showers, I got hot water again.

Another company had quoted me $852 to repair my water heater and would have had to order the part which would have caused a further delay. Stan the Water Heater Man completed the repair for $149.50 and had the necessary part available. The technician also took the time to educate me on the care of my water heater and how to adjust the water temperature. Would definitely recommend this company!

Stan the Hot Water Man was great! Our 3.5 year old Rheem water heater died unexpectedly this past Sunday. We contacted 20+ companies. Many couldn't see us for 1-2 weeks (some 4 weeks!) We had 1 company come out to try to troubleshoot and that person automatically told us we needed a new water heater and quoted us $3,000.

On Monday, I decided to check out Stan the Hot Water Man. I was assigned Rico, who was fabulous. He first tried to help me figure out if we could get the Rheem warranty to cover everything because I really shouldn't need a new water heater. Unfortunately, Rheem was being way too complicated and not helpful, so I decided I'll just buy a new water heater instead of waiting weeks/months to get Rheem to get onboard with sending us new parts.

Rico scheduled us for Friday and put up with a lot of texts from me in the meantime as I tried to figure out the logistics of everything. When Rico showed up today, he was early, very communicative, and very knowledgable. He replaced our water heater, gave us his contact information if anything goes wrong in the future, and answered all of my random water heater questions.

4.5 days without hot water was rough, however, I really do appreciate Stan the Hot Water Man and the customer service delivered by both Rico and the office staff. In addition, I paid half of what the original company I contacted quoted me (so that was a huge plus!)

This company is top notch. Matt Ravio came out and installed my new hot water heater. He was equipped with everything he needed for the installation. As a General contractor my self, being prepared for the installation is the most important thing. No one wants to hear, "I don't have a part I'll have to come back". Simply not the case with Matt. He showed up in a beautiful service truck, well organized. It made the service incredibly efficient. The water was off for less than an hr. The best part was we had a great conversation there entire service, like it was no sweat. My wife was so happy that we won't be stuck without hot water heater in the dead of winter. Happy wife, happy life. Their quote was half of the other heater company. Thank you Stan! And thank you Matt. It's no contest they are the best in the business and really care about the community around them.

Had a great experience working with Hunter replacing an 80 gal tank in Government Camp. Really good communication, helpful and friendly, and end result is great. Final cost much less than another local plumbing firm.

Micah came out during a holiday week for a same day replacement. Things were stressful with the old water heater leaking all over and breaking unexpectedly and he was incredibly kind.
