Rich saved us when we learned our pipes had frozen and burst during the winter power outage and deep freeze. He spent 3 1/2 days working in tandem with our contractor who cut holes in walls and ceilings, then Rich replaced broken pipes. After 27 breaks were fixed, we had water again. He's fast and dedicated. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Richard really went above and beyond for me and my husband today. Upon arriving to hook up our tankless water heater system he discovered that there were missing parts that were supposed to be ready for him. He went out and got the missing parts for us and worked until our system was working perfectly. I am so extremely grateful as I’m really sick and going the entire weekend without hot water may have compromised my health further. Richard made sure that didn’t happen.
