Been awaiting a certain lumber need. Lumber has not been staged for purchase. But staff is very accommodating in keeping notifications of when lumber will be available to purchase.

If it's not on the shelf quite often it's nearby AND if you check the app online for your store, they tell you exactly where to find what you need, aisle number and bay! How's that for handy?! Great store, people, and managers here.

From out of town. Had to stop in for some supplies for a local project. Happy with them. Was in and out no issues. The employees were nice and helped me load everything.

Employee's were all over the store and asking if I needed assistance when I walked past them. Not much more you can ask for.

Have been looking at patio door replacement for several weeks, and I was able to get exactly what we needed with Terry's help in the doors & windows area. Very nice guy came to measure, and we're currently waiting for our custom doors.

I order online through the Home Depot app. Then I go and pick it up. My order hadn't made it in, in time it was supposed to so I went to see what the hold up was. 1 item was there but another wasn't. Similar thing happened last year when I ordered 1 item made and the other was awaiting delivery. So instead of having to come back the manager went ahead and pulled the item from his store on both occasions. That's why I buy from them. They will make it right and that good customer service and that's all I ask for!

The store was real nice. Associates were friendly and extremely helpful. This is one of the better Home Depot stores. They also had a better selection of items needed than an other, Un named store. This place could convert me back to being a Home Depot customer.

They seem to have a great idea about how to operate a home center @ this store! We were asked several times if we needed assistance, and the selection is pretty amazing.

This store has always been friendly and very helpful to me. Has always taken care of any issue's I might have had. Even going out of their way to correct an issue we had with another Home Depot store.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their are no dumb questions when you ask them and they can usually help you with an alternative if they don’t have exactly what you need which is greatly appreciated especially when a tub insert is hundreds of dollars and you just need a wall substitute. Saved me lots of money and effort
