AT&T Store

Went in today for help purchasing an Apple Watch with fall detection and upgrading my 84 year old mother-in-laws galaxy phone to an iPhone 14. She recently had surgery and was unable to come with us. Miranda was fabulous. She answered our questions and helped us get the watch. We had to go to the other ATT store in Greenwood to get the phone switched out so the account owner would be there to approve everything. We got the new phone, but no attempt was made to move the pictures and contacts from the Android to the IPhone. It was only after leaving and showing my mother-in-law how to make a call that I realized there were no contacts. I called the Greenwood store back and was told that we would have to manually type all the contacts into the new iPhone. The manager said there was no way to move the data from the Android to the iPhone. I then called Miranda to confirm that there was no process for moving data between the two phones. She said she could do it and offered to meet us in a convenient location to do the transfer since she was driving home from work. She actually came to my mother-in-laws house after getting off work to set-up the phone and the watch for us. That’s amazing customer service!!! She was able to transfer the photos and contacts from one phone to the other, no problem. I highly recommend going to the store on Phoenix in Fort Smith and asking for Miranda.

Great experience!!! Did not have to wait to be helped, that was the best part. I was there to change my automatic payment bank account and they did just that and had me on my way, which made me a happy customer.

Usually we would go to the main store in town, but through a different circumstance, we ended up here. Marcus was amazing and so helpful in taking care of us. His knowledge and personality made us at ease, as he got things squared away. By far our best experience at any store or with any team member. This will be where we go from now on.

Charlotte helped me recover all my info from the iCloud, after I lost my phone. It was tedious and took days as I could not remember passcodes! She is a wizard and has the patience of a Saint!!!

The AT&T store on Phoenix in Fort Smith have the BEST staff people. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Marcus really helped me and I am so grateful for his help.

Booked an appointment online but arrived 15 minutes early, and was quickly greeted and signed in. Kendra was ready to help me in less than five minutes despite the large crowd in store. I did a smartphone upgrade, plan change, and accessory purchases in less than 30 minutes. Kendra was very quick and helpful during setup. Best AT&T store experience so far.

I had the pleasure of visiting, for the 2nd time this month, AT&T store on Phoenix Ave (#K182) and as far as I'm concerned this is the best store in Ft Smith. Customer Service is excellent and on the personal level. A big shout out to Brielle, even though she was a new AT&T Representative she answered all my questions, had great customer service skills and just a joy to talk with. Hey corporate this store rocks!!!!

I visited your store on Phoenix ave in ft Smith, AR and Savana assisted me in my purchase. She went above and beyond in her service. She was so helpful and programmed the contacts in my moms flip phone. I truly appreciate her doing that and I truly feel like she should be recognized for the GREAT service she provided for my 97 yr old mother.

i came in needing assistance working my new iphone, a younger man with very long hair helped me and taught me how to use the features my phone has. he was very helpful and i had a great experience all around at this location

Great experience! Kaylee was so full of knowledge and had such a friendly, professional attitude. They were busy when I came in, but they took the time to greet me and told me it wouldn't take long at all for my turn. I was also pleasantly surprised to see Kaylee take the time to clean down the tables she was using before helping me. This store definitely takes care of it's customers in any way they can!

I decided to pop in to learn more about fiber but sadly didn’t qualify. However while I was there a man with longer brown hair was able to assist me with a new Apple Watch! I definitely recommend this location

I don't even use AT&T but needed a new screen protector, a nice gentleman with long hair, I believe his name was Dillion helped me. I have never been able to put those things on right, they always get bubbles, but he did it no problem.

All the personnel that we saw worked
as a team, helping each other out,
thereby that extends to the customer.
Mostly, it was Hannah L _ _ _ _ n. She couldn't have been better. She wasn't pushy, which is a definite turn off for us. She was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and without a doubt, she genuinely cared about helping us.
I don't know if you can teach that, but it's well worth trying.
