Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Greater Fort Smith

Called today, had a technician here this afternoon. Super nice company. They tell you upfront what they charge, give you some possible options of what they may be looking at for your situation but will always go with what you want done or with the best decision. My case was a blocked sewer line. It could have had roots through the line which would have required additional work plus money. After the initial clean, the technician agreed it was just a clog and didn't try to tell me I needed that additional service to look for possible root damage. It was a quick easy service and didn't break the bank.

Colton Green came 2x to access a leak under the slab of my house. He went above and beyond both times. He did everything with efficiency, professionalism, with care and concern for my home and me! John also was very patient and sensitive to the timing issues I had. Great guys to work with!

Josh and Nate came to clean out our pipes today that have been severely backed up for over a month. We had a different plumber out first who did not fix the issue but Josh and Nate with Mr. Rooter did a lot of investigative work to figure out the root of the problem. They were also very professional, friendly, and they explained everything they were doing and what was going on. I’m very happy with their service and wanted to give them some recognition! I also love that Mr. Rooter sends you a picture of the plumber who will be coming to your door. As a mom of a young child, I thought that was a great safety feature and made me feel safe about who would be coming inside my home.

I've used Mr. Rooter a few times to unclog my sewer line over the past few years.
Try and find a plumber for immediate help... good luck. Most won't come out the same day or answer their phone, for that matter.
Mr. Rooter answered my call and immediately had technicians headed my way to take care of the problem. I'll continue to use them because of this. Prices are very reasonable. That's a plus for me. Thank you, Mr. Rooter!

Nate and Josh were very helpful and knowledgeable in the work they were doing. They helped explain to me clearly what they were doing along the way and what hazards to watch for in the future. They were a great help and I will definitely reach out to these two for any future issues.

Mr. Rooter has always been super nice, the 2 times I've had to use them. Dispatch was empathetic to my situation and had me in contact with someone really quick. Josh came out and helped me within an hour or so on a Friday. So thankful for your guys' help, you're all awesome! Cheers!

Colton, is absolutely a very hard worker knows what he's doing was very professional. He done one of the best jobs I ever seen I am absolutely thrilled with his quality of work. Joshua came out in the middle of a snowstorm (literally) to unclog my home’s main line. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was pretty worried since we were supposed to receive 2-3 inches of snow overnight. Joshua assured me he would have the lines open and flowing before he left, as well as gave me tips to manage the pipes during the storm. Called over a toilet fill valve issue, something I would normally take care of myself but back issues would not allow at this time. I called Mr Rooter and Mr Brian Rodger’s was dispatched to fix it. Mr Rodgers fixed it quickly and did not leave a mess. I was impressed at the speed with which he was able to complete the task. I am unable to comment on the amount we paid to get it done as this is the first time I have had to call someone to do a job that I normally would have done myself.

Hassle-free and pleasant experience from start to finish. The lady who I spoke with on the phone was kind and pleasant to talk to. She was able to send someone the same day to assess the problem. Colton was brought in the next day to find the leak and Brian and his partner repaired it the day after. Everyone we dealt with was prompt, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. We chose this company because they had experience and good reviews with leaks under the slab and I’m glad we chose them for the job. Highly recommended!

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received today. The pro that arrived, Donald King, was more than helpful with my issue. His friendly, professional presence was like having a close friend or family member help with my issue. He was open to my questions and very informative. When the work was finished he even came back with a small goodie bag that had Jolly Ranchers for my 3 children that were playing outside during the work.

Donald went above and beyond. He explained exactly what needed to be done, then did it. It is a new house to me in a new state. Super courteous and friendly. Prompt service when I was in a bind. Customer for life! Thanks Don!

I already recommended you all to my friend. My service person was Wayne Whitson, he was very nice and helpful and did a quick walkthrough to make sure I did not have any further issues that needed to be addressed.

Dillion was our plumber today, he was wonderful! he was professional, honest and just all around super nice! We had a bad bad bad backup and he literally was in and out within minutes no joke. I am so thankful it's been rough! Again thank you Dillion you definitely did an awesome job!

Called Mr Router after 6:00 pm. The young lady who answered was very polite and said a plumber could be here between 8:00 to 10:00 the next morning. Got a call the next morning before 9:30 and he was here within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he had the problem fixed. The cost was very affordable even for me and I’m a penny pincher. Would highly recommend them based on the performance of the plumber that did the work.

Josh was very polite and helpful. We appreciate that he could come out today and take care of our problem. We will definitely be calling him again , should the problem come back. We will also recommend him for jobs to our friends.
