Robyn and her incredible team went above and beyond to make a difficult transition go smoothly, economically, and timely. Downsizing and moving are rarely a pleasure, but Robyn’s deft organization and sensitivity to the challenges and sadness I felt, gave me a feeling of confidence and comfort.

What can I say! On time, under budget, nothing lost or broken, super nice people! This was about as painless as a move can be! This is the third move Soft Landings has done for me. I cannot imagine using anyone else!

This team of amazing women, under Shirin's guidance, turned our empty apartment into a home in less than a day. It was a delight to see them work together, consult, and apply their excellent aesthetic sense and experience to making our place very comfortable and welcoming. I had never heard of a "move manager" until I found Soft Landings. Pam was terrific to work with, I never would have been able to do what she did. Everything went smoothly and when I arrived at my new place everything was unpacked, my bed was made and my food was in the fridge. It couldn't have been easier.

I don’t have a enough words to explain how amazing Soft Landings was in helping move my father from Portland to Bend. Their team was incredible in packing a house full of things my father had collected over the past 20+ years and helping him figure out what he needs for his new home that is much smaller. They were so efficient and patient and understanding and kind. They unpacked his new home and had it ready for him to sleep in, in no time. The most incredible part is once we got my dad in, we got word less than 4 weeks later that he would be switching rooms. Soft Landings more than willingly agreed to come to Bend to move him again. Pamela and Ann and the rest of the team are amazing to work with. You will not be disappointed.

We can’t say enough about the joy of working with the Soft Landings team. They made our move…well, delightful (even though we all know moving is hard.) They were obviously pleasant but also efficient, well organized and good planners. We were grateful for their expertise, good spirits and willing support. We haven’t found any problems post-move, so can highly recommend them. They also lined up the movers each time, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Portland’s Finest Movers per their hire. Everything about working with Soft Landings was terrific! I called with a need to move a senior within a week. The next day I was able to meet a coordinator and by the end of day we had a plan to pack furniture and personal belongings, move it and unpack it just as it was in her home. Everyone was so kind and patient yet efficient with their time! It was a very pleasant experience. To have all of this senior's belongings unpacked just as they had been in closets or drawers at home, and the furniture already layed out as we described was HUGE! Moving is never easy, but not to have any boxes to unpack, just arrive to an apt. that is walk-in ready was a great relief. I am very grateful to the whole team at Soft landings and recommend them highly!

Ann and her crew at Soft Landings was so helpful throughout the entire process of moving my mom to Assisted living. We couldn’t have done it without them. I am so grateful we went with them, as we interviewed several companies. From beginning to end they were amazing. Thank you!

I can fully recommend Soft Landings. They were prompt at responding to my inquiry. Kim was a rare "let's figure it out and get it done" professional. She offered ideas and options.she helped me clear out a house in Oregon because I had already moved to California and it was not possible for me to come personally. The situation was complicated. Kim got me through it even donating, recycling and disposing of quite alot of stuff.

I strongly recommend Soft Landings. From the initial visit to the final move, I knew I had made the right decision by hiring them. Not only are they very professional but compassionate to the elderly and understanding that this is a very difficult, stressful, time for the client. They go to great lengths to make the move go as smoothly as possible. Worth every penny!

Soft Landings has been great to work with for our new resdients moving into our retirment community. They respect our community rules and do a great job for the residents. All of our new residents who have used them for moving in said great things about them and the work they do. We also recommend Soft Landings for new move ins.

Soft Landings did a great job packing, moving, unpacking. All of it! I barely had to do a thing. It was the best thing I've ever done just for me. Special thanks to Ann who was UH-Mazing. My only recommendation is that potentially updating the name would be helpful. It can be somewhat off-putting to some who don't want to associate with the senior community or that don't know it's ok if you are not a senior - you can still use the services!!
