Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff at this store are extremely helpful. I got an online order and one of the boxes of medicine was open when it arrived at my home. I called up this store and they got a replacement off the shelves and ran it out to my car to exchange it, no questions asked. This was extremely helpful as I had a sick kiddo with me at the time.

This is the pharmacy I relied on during Covid. Thank you for being open and being available.

They did a decent job with my flu and omicron vaccines but they were too busy and I almost missed my bus because they took so long. But at least I got my vaccines in time!

Open almost 24 hours.

If you're going to **** me in the *** at least provide me a chair. Every time I go here - 10am, 11am, 2pm, 9pm - there is a massive line for the pharmacy of at least 6 people and it takes no less than 15 min. Today I stood in line for 45 min just to be told I have to come back and pick up my Rx in 2 hours because there were even more people in line (which if you think about it, is actually 2hr and 45min after I stand in line again). I would like to apologize to my child with a double ear infection though - sorry you can't have your meds child, Grand Pappy needs his Cialis because he was here first and Nana is only randy for so long you know.

This is quite possibly the most poorly managed pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. They are constantly understaffed, the staff they do have is rude, and they consistently close down the drive through. Whoever manages this store is clearly incompetent.

Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else unless you really love wasting your own time standing in line.

Prescription status shows in progress all day. If called either no answer or they don’t have any estimate. Also when the prescription is ready, they don’t have a separate line for pickup so it takes about an hour waiting in line. This isn’t a occasional issue unfortunately. When your child is having ear pain and Walgreens can’t give me the medication for entire day, that’s the last time I am sending prescription here even though it’s a convenient location

Ridiculously horrible. When i called in my prescription they said it would be ready in 1.5 hours, when i got there 2 hours later they told me they would prioritize it 3 hours later. Never ever again, I will no longer use any Walgreens and will be using any other pharmacy, i suggest you do the same instead of wasting your time with Walgreens.

It's 4 and I'm still standing in line for my 3pm vaccine appointment. I'm probably going to have to leave because I have work at 5 and its taking 20-30 per person in line. Stupid me for not showing up 2 hours early

Horrible. Waiting for a prescription because this is the only pharmacy that’s 24 hours in Portland. Now after being told multiple times my prescription will ready, I am now told it’s closed and cannot be filed due to the pharmacist deciding to leave that night. Absolutely horrible experience. Will never go here again.

Horrible service and they frequently mess up prescriptions. A joke of a pharmacy. Shameful. People need their prescriptions and deserve better. This is not service, but more like a weird form of torture.

Don't bother. They take appointments for vaccinations, then when you show up there is a 20-30 minute wait just to check in for a vaccination. The appointment means nothing. Go almost anywhere else.

I went here on Saturday, April 1 at about 8:00pm to get a prescription for my two and four year old kids. The first lady almost gave me the wrong medication. She apparently searched only by my child's name and nothing else. She showed me her computer screen with this other person's info and it had a totally different DOB, address and phone number. She finally asked someone else for help and the second person found the medication without any issue. It took over an hour to get the prescription.

I’m had a prescription called in over 24 hours ago. When it wasn’t ready at the time specified on the app, I attempted to call in and sat on hold for 30 minutes. I called again, got someone in the store, who transferred me to a “manager”. The phone rang for 10 minutes straight and then I was disconnected. Since it had been 24 hours since the rx had been sent in I decided to just go in. After standing in line for another 20 minutes I explained the situation, the tech rifled through a bunch of prescriptions and then went and talked to the pharmacist. I was told them to wait. While standing there, another patients paperwork was sitting on the counter with all their HIPPA information there for all to see. I was never given an explanation for why my ex took so long and was given no apology for the ridiculous wait.

Lol an hour and half to fill my scrip... 2 thumbs down, Def won't be back here

Why is the wait to pickup a basic prescription over 30 minutes? Only one pharmacist working the windows and 15 people in line. Businesses forget they need to actually have staff.
