Woodpecker roofing completed a thorough inspection of our roof prior to purchase of the house. They recommend replacing it due the inspection results.

We worked with Woodpecker Roofing to schedule a new roof in early February after constant winter rains had passed. They we prepared, prompt and professional throughout the roof replacement process.

They communicated effectively with us to ensure the proper installation was completed. We would use Woodpecker Roofing again!

I highly recommend Woodpecker company. They replaced the siding on my mobile home. The work was done on time and in a very professional and efficient manner.
The owner was very attentive and made sure to come to the worksite to inspect the work and answer my questions. The workers left the area very clean and they were polite and considerate.
The siding completely changed the exterior appearance of the house. My friends and neighbors have complemented on how great it looks now.

We were both very pleased with the total experience of working with Woodpeckers. Chris did an excellent job of meeting with us, informing us of the workflow and visiting to monitor progress. The crew was very personable to work with and very professional in their performance. The roofing of our house and barn was done very well and we have no complaints with the end product. I would definitely recommend them as a quality business, and should we need further roofing chores performed, would contact them again without hesitation.

Woodpecker did a great job on my roof replacement. They gave a very quick competitive bid including three different shingle qualities. They were able to complete the job quickly. They also were quick to come back and make some repairs when the roof was damaged by a fallen tree branch a month later. Good communications throughout the project.

I have to give Woodpecker five stars for our recent roofing project. This is the first construction company I have worked with that really kept all their promises and I have worked with many. Their due diligence and work ethic is like none other. The crew was arrived by 8:00 am every day and often worked until late afternoon. They completed the entire job in under five days and did a very professional job. Customer service is extremely important, and they get an A+ in that department. Because of the great job they did, our HOA will be using them for all our roof projects. These guys ROCK!

Woodpecker has done a great job to clean our roof and gutter! Two young men were professional, efficient, honest, and very pleasant to work with! They thoroughly cleaned our gutter and applied the moss prevention powders throughout the roof. At the end they cleaned up all the mess to complete the job beyond our expectations! Excellent service for an unbeatable price! I will definitely hire them back each year for roof and gutter maintenance.

During the job experience with Woodpecker we observed the team working incredibly hard, showing up from sun-up till sun-down and taking pride in their workmanship AND communication. Our roof job had tons of Skylights, a Witch's Hat, adjoining Flat Roof, and tons of pine needles plugging the gutter to name a few challenges. Hands down we will use Woodpecker for any future needs.

We want to thank Woodpecker roofing and remodeling for a great job they did on our front window last year when we first moved into this home and more recently the new roof they put on our home. Woodpecker is excellent. They help us to accomplish our carport kit project, not only assemble the kit for us, also install the roof materials, and gutters. Our site faces strong wind area, the shingles were blew away, they figure out the way to fix it, and make it strong to fight with the wind. I'll recommend them if you have any project. They are very delicate and hard workers.

I can not say enough good things about Woodpecker Roofing. From start to finish, they were both courteous and professional. Out of five companies I contacted, they gave the best bid. When we discovered problems with our roof, only visible after the old shingles were removed, Chris came out and explained exactly what needed to be done. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood why the repairs would be needed, and how the work would be executed.

I also can't say enough for their office manager Viviana. She was prompt with all our paperwork and always got back to us within the day when we would call. Thank you Viviana!

Overall a great experience and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new roof. Rainstorms, high winter winds, and absolutely no leaks or other problems. 10 stars!

Great job done by a great team! We are very lucky to find woodpecker. They worked hard and get very detailed while doing their job. We had an old old deck in our backyard and now it looks amazing with the amount of work and effort they put. They also cleaned up everything and didn’t leave a mess behind. I would recommend them anyone I know in the area.

Woodpecker did a wonderful job for us on two occasions. First we had them come out to our rental in an emergency. They assessed the situation quickly and put a temporary fix in place until they could do a full repair. They did a wonderful job for a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

We were incredibly happy to have selected Woodpecker Roofing for our home's re-roof job this summer. I had gathered bids from several other Vancouver-based vendors, so I had good perspective for comparison in terms of pricing and initial interactions, etc. I had also specifically been looking for a vendor that had all crewmembers on the payroll and fully covered by WA state's workers comp system.

Cris, the estimator and lead contact from start to finish, provided timely, informative communications along the way, making for a smooth project. The crew did a wonderful job with the installation of a new Malarkey Vista roof with edge/smart vents and cleanup. Any concerns or questions were addressed to our satisfaction including when some nail pops started poking through the underside of the eaves, Cris personally went around and addressed this to our satisfaction.

Woodpecker Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair. During the last rain storm I had water leaking from the roof into the master bedroom. Vicente found the roof vents had buckled and the vent pipe boot was bad. The repair was quick, clean and efficient.
I had estimates from other roofing companies but they would not give me a price for the repair, instead they tried to sell me a complete roof replacement.
The people at Woodpecker are honest and reliable. I will use them again if the need arises.
