Cotija Mexican Resturant

At the last minute we went out for dinner. Being new this far out we took a chance on a restaurant that was on the way home and we were pleasantly surprised. It is an unassuming. Building with a liquor store on the other side. There is a patio for eating outside, we had a booth and there are tables available also. Food was great and plentiful, see pictures. Service was OK, nothing special.

Miguel is an awesome guy and his daughters were amazingly friendly as well.

This was my first visit, and had a wonderful experience! The wait staff was very friendly, and Sebastian took excellent care of us! My daughter, who was dining with me had been here a couple of times and she wanted to try the Molcajete, for 2. It was delicious! My new favorite Mexican Restaurant! Great prices, and great service!

I'm not sure of the young lady's name that waited on us, but she was probably the best waitress I have ever had. There were over 20 in our party as we were celebrating my mom's 81st birthday. She seated us and then started taking drink orders and then came around for our food orders. She never missed a beat or messed up any of our orders. The food was amazing, along with the restaurant. They made my moms birthday a special night for her. Thank you all!! We will be back.

Food was awesome! Very authentic flavors. wait staff is attentive and the place is super clean. A definite stop for people passing through.

The chips and salsa was so delicious I really could've just eaten that and been satisfied!!

Spontaneous stop on a drive from SC to TX. Mate got the Hawaiian tacos and I got the beef and chorizo tacos with a margarita. Good service with social distancing. If I lived nearby, this would definitely be my go to for Mexican.

from now on i’m coming here!! i just know to ask for no corn,or peas,carrot's in my ranchero mix. other than that it was perfect!

I absolutely love this place they have some of the best Mexican food around awesome flavors the wait staff and all the employees are super friendly they go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need I would definitely recommend giving it a try

Absolutely fabulous place for eating out. This is my second time just today getting food. Love the shrimp chimichangas!

To me the most important part of dining out is of course the quality and quantity of food for your$$$. This is about as authentic as It gets. Simply Delicious! I order a Special Dinner and can never finish it. The Chili Releno is crazy good!

Went to see the band tragically wide at the Rev room and they did not serve any food so before the concert started I went over to this new Mexican restaurant and they sung happy birthday to me and brought me a shot of something that was very good I don't know what it is but it was wonderful tasting! The food was spectacular and out of this world and not very pricey! A very enjoyable evening and then went back to the river to watch the concert! I highly recommend this place they also have multiple bars and an outside patio play music playing and it's very pleasant and enjoyable inside

Fresh and quick, lots of space inside and the patio was actually tolerable today!

The food is amazing. The shrimp is to die for. Excellent service.

The salsa was perfect! I had the beef taco salad. Very good with the salsa as a dressing. Good service and friendly host/server. Draft beer too! Inexpensive lunch spot!
