McDonald's

I took off a few points, only because my growing, 11-year-old son was disappointed to get 9 chicken nuggets in his 10-piece box.... and chaos ensued, and I had to hear him complain and whine for hours. The staff we interacted with were all kind and service was pretty fast.

The guy working first window was absolutely amazing! My friend and I were struggling with our words and he was very sweet. He made us feel like we weren’t a burden and he said we were his best order yet. He made us laugh. Great customer service

This is a very good McDonald's. The drinks always taste great, and their food is cooked right here too. The workers are friendly. As many times as we have been through Benton, and stopped at this location, we have never had an issue, and everything has been real good.

Order made fast, while still being accurate.

They hardly ever produce an error for me. When they have, they’ve gone above and beyond to make it right.

This is the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They have even paid for my meal before because I was having difficulty with my card that day. Thanks everyone and if you haven’t been go. The quality is always good

My mocha frap was absolutely amazing, feels different there now because I dated an employee who is very unprofessional to me now and has no sense of respect, and I'm a paying customer.

This location seems to be improving quickly. I was iffy on this location a few months ago, but recently, the customer service has been really great. I came through today, and Marlana pointed out a special I wasnt aware of and saved me quite a bit on my order. I was really impressed.

Everything was good n hot

The staff was so friendly with my twins, which is a life saver on a road trip. Plus the place was super clean so I was comfortable letting them run around.

This is an AMAZING McDonald's! The service is WAY above what you normally expect. I just stopped by for coffee. They made me fresh coffee and brought it out to the car! EXCELLENT!

I hiked 27 miles over 3 days and this is where I stopped as my first non-ramen or instant potato meal after the weekend. Food was good-typical McDonalds. But the service was fantastic. Employees were kinder than even those at the Reynold's Chick fil A. 5/5 stars for hiker hunger

We have been by this location a couple times now and their staff have be so kind to us throughout our visits. We travel up n down I-30 option and will continue to visit this location just because of the polite interactions.

My food tasted a little over cooked but other than that they did a great job

I personally hate most McDonalds because the majority of the employees do not seem to enjoy their jobs. But I am here to tell you this McDonalds was amazing. The employees were so nice and made sure I had everything I needed. This is the first positive McDonalds visit I have had in the last 5 years. They deserve some sort of award! Could not have been happier.
