Excellent customer service. I went today to return my equipment and an Amazon order. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes with two people ahead of us. It was so simple and fast. The gentleman behind the counter who helped us was extremely friendly and fast! I wish I would have taken his name!

They are always very nice and really good at helping me out. I love going to this store in Benton, they answer my questions and ask me how I am doing. You almost can't find that anymore.

Fast and friendly service! Store was clean! Greeted once I came in. Dropped off my iPhone 7’s for return! I hope they arrive in good condition! Will revisit this posting once I know the packages are delivered in great condition!

I HAD A PACKAGE RETURNED BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE SHIPMENT THE FIRST TIME COST ME $13.49. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE STORE IT WAS RETURNED BECAUSE OF INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHEN I RETURNED TO THE UPS STORE THE NEXT DAY GAVE THE EMPLOYEE THE SAME SHEET OF PAPER IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED TO THAT I GAVE HIM THE FIRST TIME WHEN THE CORRECT ADDRESS(BY THE WAY WHEN HE ASKED ME TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS I TOLD HIM AT THAT TIME THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT ZIP CODE AND BECAUSE HE HAD TYPED IN 65TH STREET INSTEAD OF 35TH ) AND HE SAID THAT IS THE ZIP CODE THAT COMES UP. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKE AND CHARGED ME $8.49 TO RESHIP THE PACKAGE. BY THE WAY WHEN I TOOK THE PACKAGE IN TO THE STORE I HAD IT WRAPPED AND THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON THE LABEL ON THE PACKAGE. MY PERSPECTIVE IS DUE TO HIS TYPING MISTAKE I SHOULD NOT BEEN CHARGED THE SECOND TIME.

I use this store exclusively for all of my personal shipping needs, and they are always fast and efficient. They are also an authorized Amazon returns location, and that's very helpful as well.

There is a group of young men who are always so nice whenever I come in. Helpful is an understatement, and have helped me get large packages multiple times. Would recommend to anyone who needs shipping or printing. 5 stars.

Forget the post office. I come here for everything I mail letters packages and everything in between. The employees in here are always super smart super nice and patient. I think the longest I had to wait was probably like 6 minutes because there were four people ahead of me. To get four customers taken care of and through the line in 6 minutes is phenomenal if I was at the post office it would be a line of 20 plus people and it would take me 40 minutes to do the same thing. And of course the pricing is very fair.

Have always been pleased with the service I have received. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked.

This postal service is locally owned. The owners go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. Others could take a cue from their level of customer service.
They have a wide variety of mailing services. They provide custom packing and shipping, private mail boxes. They take package deliveries from USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx if you have a mailbox with them.It is a safe alternative to leaving your packages on your door step.
Three month, six month and yearly mailbox rentals as well as small to large mailboxes at different rates, of course.
They also sell stamps, some office and mailing supplies and you can make copies there also.
I have been doing with The UPS Store for several years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

I went in to ship three packages this afternoon and expected a long drawn out ordeal. The young man who assisted me was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We were in and out in less than ten minutes. I’ve shipped my last package with USPS!
