I like this location. It has a McDonald's and two Red Boxes. It has a very large parking lot and a pretty good convenience store with an ATM, car wash and air pumps. And it has easy access to the interstate. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because they no longer have wifi at the McDonald's. No wifi is kind of unacceptable for any McDonald's location in my opinion.

I would give this store NO stars if I could! They towed my vehicle from here when it was parked less than 2 days. They must have a deal going with the towing company! NEVER will I EVER set foot on any big red property wherever they are located. Now I'm being extorted by the towing company because it's a holiday weekend! Do they plan this?

Although my feelings haven't changed for the Haskell store, the main office was very kind, apologetic and even reimbursed me for half the tow fee which was $200! I appreciate that very much and therefore changed my rating!

This big red store has MCDONALD'S IN IT. IT ONLY HAS RESTROOMS ON THE STORE SIDE.

Good busy little store

to be honest..I like BigRed stores except for the one on Edison ave in my neighborhood. there's a short bigoted lady who insisted on criticizing my clothes but allowed similar clothing on other gals in the store. I'm not well endowed, and that maybe the problem. I also witnessed her bigotry several times. pisses me off to no ends why she's not been fired. I don't recommend the BigRed in that area. there are far better versions of BigRed in Benton, Arkansas.

It seems like this store has been on a downhill slide for a few monthes. It used to be my favorite stop in that area but is no more. I used to buy all of my fuel for several vehicles and about 20-25 cups of coffee per week. Lately the coffee has not been available at least 60% of the time. I mentioned it to the personel at the store and I hear excuses. I was going to complain to the managment but could not find a website or email address. I was there today, they did not seem to be busy, no coffee.
It might seem that I'm knit picking but it is important enough to me that they no longer have My business. Not caring enough about your customer base to make coffee even after customers mention that it is a problem ( I can't be the only one.) is enough reason for me to take my business elswhere. I hope the managment team reads this and cares enough to correct the problem.

Horrible service, guy who works night shift walks out to smoke and leaves me standing at the counter as well as do not get the fountain drinks at least no ice found bugs in the ice.
