Aspen Dental

Soooo I don’t do the dentist. I haven’t been in years and wouldn’t have gone back had it not been for the friendly faces and kind people behind them. I have some teeth that need some love and I fully trust they have my best interest at heart. That they are willing to make sure that I am comfortable with the plan of attack. I’ll keep you all posted!

Aspen Dental was great! There was only one dentist there so service was a little bit slow, but that's understandable. They were all super friendly, from the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist. I went in to figure out what my options were to fix a tooth that had a crown fall off of it. After doing his exam, the dentist went over all my options to fix my tooth. The office manager then took me into an office and went over the costs of everything so I could make a decision on what I wanted done to fix my tooth. The overall experience and the friendliness of all the staff completely outweighs having to wait a little bit. I will certainly be back for all my dental needs.

The amount of time waiting for the next person could have been better, but it may have been an off day. They don't push unnecessary procedures on you, and they explained in detail why they recommend a given treatment plan.

First time visit was a great experience! All staff was so knowledgeable and showed us such kindness.

Exceptional customer service!

The staff from entrance to exit were all kind, sweet, and informative. No one hussled me, they were efficient and yet gentle to listen to my concerns and fears. Definitely know of a few friends who need their expertise. Just because we live in Arkansas, it doesn't mean we have to run around toothless.

I am SO grateful for the staff that worked on 12/22/2023; the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist (I'm so sorry I forgot the names... All the stress. Feel free to tag yourselves!). I'm visiting from out of state and broke a tooth the day before. I showed up and met friendly people who worked to get me in after a cancellation. It was fast, affordable, and I'm able to spend the holidays stress free after my extraction. 5 stars!

Hands up AMAZING. They got me in the day after I called for an appointment. The staff are friendly, and very knowledgeable in their positions. The check in, X-rays, exam, prospective plan, and insurance verification and details went smooth, and was seamless. I can’t brag enough, or refer this place enough. Best Dental Office all around I’ve ever been to.

They did a great job making my lower denture. Staff is courteous and caring. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs.

Dr. Perry & all the staff I encountered were kind & very understanding of extreme dental anxiety. Dr. Perry made sure I had antibiotics for my infected tooth & did a wonderful job of extracting my tooth. Everyone made sure I was comfortable, especially the woman who assisted Dr. P that morning. She made sure I had a blanket, let me hold her hand during the extraction & made sure i got to bring my tooth home. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves the recognition.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for several years. I went today with no appointment due to a broken veneer. Although they were booked, I was seen in a timely manner, and the veneer was repaired quickly and professionally.

They are very friendly and willing to work around your schedule . Dr Griffin was very patient and explained what was needed , I’ll recommend them to anyone

So going to the dentist is always difficult. That said, besides my tooth pain, my experience was excellent. Every staff member was more than kind and held my needs as a number one priority. They quickly diagnosed my specific situation and helped me figure out the best course of action. From the front desk to the techs to the doctor was as pleasant... As one could could have... at the dentist office. 😏😁. Great people. Very professional. I was very nervous and had high anxiety going in. (First appt. In 20+ years). I feel much more comfortable going back when the time comes.

Everyone there was very kind and pleasant and very informative. Even though I wasn’t able to get my specific issue resolved, I still left having a good experience.

Honest and very detailed much needed information & answered all of my questions.Was referred to a surgeon for a dental procedure prior to purchasing dentures. I would definitely recommend Aspen to others.

I have PTSD from a Pryor dental horror story text me if u want to no who. But this very professional yet friendly Aspen dental is a cut above. They seem to care about their patients with out any hurtful comments. They r as fast or as lower paced for those with who need to baby step like me. Class people the entire office. U no above all they never lost patience and kinda let my actions dictate the type of care. The best dentist and staff. Btw did I say best looking dentist on earth really. That's all folks don't want to gush. I couldn't recommend them higher. Now office keep up the wonderful. Ty y'all so much.

Everyone has been wonderful! I used to be anxious about going to the dentist, but not since I've gone to Aspen in fort smith, from the girls up front to the dentist, they've been great and truly care about your comfort as well.
