Robin is more than amazing, she's the absolute best. Always helpful and so nice. I'm so honored to have her as a friend. Never pushy and always willing to go above and Beyond for my wife and I. And I can't thank her enough.

Robin was amazing! She helped me pick the perfect wedding band and made sure I left 100% sure of my purchase. She was super patient and so incredibly nice even when I tried on basically the whole store and even call my boyfriend to ask if we would like a watch or a bracelet. I can't thank her enough for her help!

I absolutely loved working with Robin and Nathan today. They are polite and informative. I have worked with Nathan before and every time he has been professional and personable. Meeting Robin today was a delight as she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease.

I walked in to be greeted immediately very sweet lady I believe her name was Julie. I told her what I was looking for and she right away took me to see some necklaces. Brought them out showed me which ones she had acknowledged both my sons that were with me and conversated with them as well. After shopping around more I went back in to purchase the necklace. The whole staff was very attentive, kind and welcoming to my teenage boys and I..I went into zales and they treated us like we were going to steal. I came to the Helzberg Premium Outlet to find gifts for my family. The customer service and graciousness is excellent at this location. My family has very specific taste so being a picky shopper can be difficult but Valeria and Qi helped me tremendously. They did not pressure me to buy anything. Valeria provided me with several options and did her best to give me the best pricing options. She would calculate the full price for me before even purchasing so I could make sure it was within my budget. She tried very hard to find the perfect pieces for me. She even stayed an hour past her shift to help me find pieces and finalize my purchase. Valeria was so incredibly sweet. All the employees at this store have amazing customer service and were all very friendly. I am super happy with the quality of care I received and the jewelry I purchased and I plan on coming back again in a week to find my last gift. Thank you Valeria for your help!

Taylor helped my fiancée and I pick out wedding bands. She was easy to talk to, relatable, and made the process very easy. We ended up getting our bands that same visit. We recommend asking for Taylor if you’re at the Helzberg outlets!

The team at this location definitely crests an experience when you walk in the door. I originally went in for and engagement ring and the whole team was helpful and knowledgeable! I recently returned to the store to buy my fiancée some Earrings for the wedding, after a year and a half Diana, Krys and Robin remembered me by name. They helped me find the perfect pair. I definitely will be returning that is they type of service that creates life long customers.
