Banana Republic Factory Store

Benjamin is an excellent manager. And everyone else I've had the pleasure of being helped by have been incredibly kind, helpful, fast and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they WILL find the answer. Did you know Banana Republic makes perfume and cologne? They're wonderful and you can find and test them here. I left this store with a AWESOME Modern Bomber Jacket and smelled wonderful. I'm a big cologne guy, I have over 12 different bottles and take it very seriously. So when I say "They have GREAT scents!" you can trust my word.

Overall; Great Staff, Great Styles, Great Accessories (Hats, Scarfs, Bags/Purses, Shoes, Cologne and Perfume)

Now.....I do think they charge too much for what you're getting so definitely sign up for the email messages and wait for a sale. Also most of what you find online can be picked up in store. I find this the best way to shop because I HATE waiting for the stuff I order and also you can try it on and if it doesn't fit you can swap it right there in store and not have to wait for a shipping back and forth game.

What are you waiting for head into Banana Republic Outlet and leave looking (and smelling 😉) 100 times better then when you went in!

I visited this store this evening and had an exceptional experience. It was my first time shopping at Banana Republic and I am so glad I chose to go to this one. Jacob and Lauren were so helpful in the fitting rooms. They spent a lot of time with me - answering all of my questions, offering me tips, bringing me different sizes of items - and were so patient, respectful, and sweet to me. They helped me choose some wonderful new clothes that I am super excited about! Jacob also helped me with some questions I had about some online items along with Harlie. Finally, Alan at the register was very kind and considerate, and made my check-out experience very pleasant. This is a phenomenal team, and due to their excellent customer service, I will happily be returning!

Even if I was there for a short period of time to pick up something I ordered online I was treated like a king.

Jacob at this location gave the best customer service! He was really helpful, we came in there needing a few more buttoned up shirts for work and there were only 2 left in the size so he ordered them for us to ship it to us. With his quick thinking, we were happy with his service. Very well mannered, very friendly. He deserves a raise or some type of recognition.

Sometimes I stops there for sale items. I love their dresses, cami tops and so on.

Love Banana Republic for the quality of their products. The pricing is always excellent at this particular store and of course during our visit they had a special sale on so I scored on multiple items. Stop for friendly and helpful.
