Did a great Job

I had taken my vehicle here back in November of 2021. Their repairs took all the way to January of 2022. When they were done I thought the vehicle looked and seemed in good condition. After leaving and looking it over a bit more I noticed the bumper and fender body lines didn’t line up all that well. (I’m sure it’s an aftermarket bumper) I brought it back and had it adjusted a couple months later. It looked a lot better so I went on. Months later I notice one side of the bumper and fender has become unaligned and is obviously not flush. Which partly leads me to believe it wasn’t a proper fix. I bring it back when I’ve finally decided I was tired of looking at it in hopes of it finally being corrected. It’s flush now. Only because they glued/ epoxied it. Now I’m not sure if the bumper will come off properly or be damaged if it has to come off. I should have just left it alone. Or they should have done it right the first time.

I brought my truck in yesterday for them to diagnose it, I told them "I replaced the plugs, wires, fuel pump, O2 Sensors, Throttle Body 1 year ago and it's still showing a miss fire on Cylinder 2" they told me they would look into it and let me know, well today they called me and said "we can look into your issue but it's going to cost you $840 for us to DIAGNOSE your problem" so I said "NO WAY!!" They then told me Exactly what I told them. "Since you've already replaced those parts we aren't going to look into it we are just going to pull your motor apart and inspect it" I said well I can't pay that, well they said it'll be $109 for you to pick your truck up 🤔🤔🤔 but they didn't do ANYTHING!! literally repeated exactly what I told them yesterday, so I'd highly recommend NOT using ORR very disappointed they feel to gouge people this close to the holidays..
