Very thorough, considerate of my time, friendly, took the time to listen to me, always explains in detail what’s going on and the entire staff is super friendly. I never feel rushed and leave with all questions answered. The ladies in the lab are awesome!

My healthcare at Fort Smith Rheumatology has been excellent. Dr. Branum and his staff are patient and answer all of my questions. I am allowed to be active in the decision-making process concerning my treatment protocols. Most of the time, my appointments are right on time. As with any physician, emergencies do happen, but not that often. I highly recommend this office.

I used to go to a horrible rheumatologist in Tulsa who said there was nothing wrong with me, said I was just fat and needed to lose weight. Thankfully my PCP got me in to see Dr. Braunum. Turns out I have lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and fibromyalgia. Dr. Braunum and his office treat me well and are always kind and usually on time.

Personal my RA levels are going up, causing me, to nearly loose my right eye. I believe they do to many unnecessary labs! Plus they schedule you at a certain time then you sit for an hour to see the doctor!!!!

We would give zero stars if it would let us!! We’ve tried for 2 weeks to set up an appt here after our PCP sent over a referral for my husband months ago and I’ve had 3 people argue with me about getting an appt set up for my husband because they don’t want to talk to me. My husband works all day and can’t call them and set on hold for 30 minutes so they literally told me to find another facility to go to! I asked to speak with a supervisor and they all hang up on me! Not very professional! In the past 16 years, I’ve never seen a facility refuse to set up an appt for someone needing to be seen. We will be having our PCP send us somewhere else and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!!!!
