My sister and I visited your store this last Saturday 9/4/21 and shopped. I found a couple of dresses and a sweater. One of the dresses did not have a price tag and Freda the lady in that department was very kind to look it up for me and give me a price. She was very kind and very helpful and another lady (I do not know her name but she is a new employee, she said) was also very kind and very pleasant and helpful. I feel that these two ladies are to be commended on their work ethics. You have some fine workers are your store and it was nicely stocked.

Awesome sales going on for some fine jewelry. Excellent customer service received. One saleswoman even volunteered helpful advise about if you are buying a ring, as an example, at their online store; purchasing the jewelry *insurance at the physical location instead, is better and less problematic in the event one needs to make a claim; and it made an awful lot of sense.

Store was pretty clean, but People (shoppers) had been messy today. Not enough registers open for the crowds. Sale event right now is"buy one @ full price, get one for $.01 ....pretty good deal if you need 2 of something. Sales associate we got was very nice. Pleasant experience!

There hair salon was awesome!!! The lady that had done my hair did a great job fading and amazing job perming my hair. The lady was very very friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. She sparked conversation super fast and I felt like I’ve known her for a while! The price can be expensive to some people but the quality is top notch! Very suggested.

I had ordered some clothes from the web site that I decided I didn't want. Went back to the nearest store location, hoping I could return the clothes there. The staff were excellent, kind, attentive, and very friendly. They refunded the total amount to my credit card with no hesitation. I will continue to be a Penny's customer!

I love going to JCPenney. There is a large selection of items in every department. The sales staff is always courteous and friendly. The store is always nice and clean. Its a large department store so keeping it clean all day is impressive in it self. The girls enjoy going shopping in the women's Department. The large variety of clothing and accessories keeps them occupied for quite awhile. The jewelry department is another favorite of ours. The diamond selection is excellent. I do however wish the amount of opal jewelry was larger. My wife's birth stone is an opal so she really likes the different pieces you can order out of their catalogue but its not the same as being able to wear it out. All in all our shopping experience in JCPenney has always been great. Keep up the good work guys.

The ladies are jus so nice an want to make sure their customers are leaving here loving there hair cut.. they laugh an have a great time. The vibes this place has is amazing

I hadn't shopped at JC Penney in quite some time. I've been in several times lately and have been pleasantly surprised with the store. It seems to be well stocked and clean. The best part is the fitting rooms are open.

I didn't buy anything just window shopping. But they have good customer service.

Went to the jewelry department for some help with a piece of jewelry I order that was not delivered.. I was greeted by Pame.. she was very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful.. I would have to say Iam very happy with my purchase today.

I loved going shopping in Penny's! Went for bras. They had my Bali brand & plenty of styles to choose from. My Mama had always shopped there for our clothes since I remember 1955! I only got out of habit when I moved to Poteau, Oklahoma 2005. I just got fed up with inferior quality clothing at the local Supercenter! Uncomfortable & don't last. Shopping at Penny's was easy. I looked up add, what I wanted on sale! Store is immaculate, well arranged, & friendly, professional associates. Immediately noticed the top quality of intimates department. Dressing rooms are also private & taken care of. Also available the easy to use small red shopping buggies, made my experience so much easier. Thanking you so much JC Penney!! ⭐🌟✨
