New Health Dental

I went to the dentist today and took my daughter as well who has high dentist anxiety. It has been awhile since I have gone and my daughter was literally in tears as she went back. The staff was AMAZING and made my daughter comfortable and now she is not worried about having to go back for treatment. And they did not judge me that it has been awhile since I have been. They made me feel welcome. I’m definitely glad we found this dentist!

Randa did an awesome job cleaning my teeth today! Nice staff and environment all around.

Who would think going to the Dentist can be such a pleasure? The staff are friendly and professional. The environment is calming and they are always willing to work with my insurance to make sure my bill is always right (which is always important to me). A++

No wait time, very clean facility as well as my dental hygienist and Dr. Roberts. Found some concerns and going to correct.

I hate dentist apt.. I’ve had bad luck in the past .. EXCEPT this one!! The staff was very nice! The dentist talked me through everything they were going to do & treated me like a HUMAN BEINGnn 100% recommend! They helped me get over my fear of dentist from the bad experience I had had before!! Thank you guys so much!! One of the best around!!

Dr. Roberts AND his crew are hands down THE best. I know after what I’ve been through with other people, they really are the “breath of fresh air that I just needed. Especially to bring my self esteem back up and get things taken care of that others wouldn’t. I really can’t thank them enough but I’ll for sure be recommending them to everyone and doing nothing but bragging on them!

Dr Roberts and his staff are phenomenal! I don’t have dental coverage but their in-house financing and DCS discount program are a life saver! He works with me and sets up payment plans that I can afford. He’s very kind, friendly and it’s very very clear that he cares about your dental health and well being . It’s not just a job for him. Won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Roberts is such a great hearted guy!! I have always not really like dentist and he has made me feel so comfortable! The staff is so nice! If you are in pain, they can get you out of pain.. they also have ways to help!! 😁

I have been going to Dr. Roberts for 35 years now. I stay loyal to him and his staff because of their superb service.

First of all, let me say I avoided the dentist for almost a decade because I was afraid of dental work, dental pain, and the previous people who worked on my teeth. I spent years in pain and depression and anxiety. I thought I was going to just let my teeth die and get dentures. I'm only 25 years old. I saw two other offices in town that wanted to charge me upwards of 5-9 THOUSAND DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET. Dr. Roberts and his team answered every question I had and did everything they could to give me confidence to go through with treatment and saved me THOUSANDS. I was TERRIFIED of root canals. Dr Roberts did it so fast and pain free. I am on track to a healthy mouth and healthy body again. Thank you so much New Health Dental, and thank you Dr. Roberts. Words can not explain.

Dr. Roberts has always taken amazing care of our teeth. And his sister Randa is my FAVORITE hygienist ever--in fact, I will only schedule a cleaning with her she is that awesome! I always get in and out quickly and they offer quick appointment times when you're a procrastinator like myself. I whole-heartedly recommend the New Health Dental team.

I have not been back to the dentist for over 5 years and was reluctant to go at first because I have no dental insurance. The staff were extremely nice and helpful; they even waived my examination fee. I was told I needed a porcelain cap on my tooth and that it would cost $1,200! Luckily, NHD is the only place in town that offers the Affordable Dental Care plan. The plan covered my cleaning and discounted the cost of my porcelain cap by hundreds! Dr. Roberts did an amazing job. Kim helped me financially. I will be bringing the rest of my family in to join the plan! Highly recommend this place!

The care NHD provides here is unmatched! The staff and hygienists are always so friendly and welcoming as I enter for my appointments. The doctors are also very knowledgeable and don't hesitate to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend New Health Dental for your dental needs!

I have anxiety about going to the dentist, but with the staff and Dr. Roberts was a great experience. The numbing would wear off faster than it should on me so Dr. Roberts made sure I wasn't going to be in pain.

Where do I start. Dr. Roberts and his staff are by far the most professional and caring dental office I have visited, and I have had to see a lot over the last couple years. I had to have an implant done due to another making mistakes and causing an infection after a root canal. Dr. Roberts made it pain free quick and easy. He has years of expirience that you wont see with a lot of dentists today.He explained the entire process to me and showed me in detail how the process would work. I had a root canal done a few days ago and the process was flawless and quick. Ill be going back for the crown in a few weeks and to get a couple filkings done. He laughed when I said this, but I am very happy to give this office my money. I knownthe issues I have will be fixed the first tine. Higly recommend his office. I live about 2hrs away but that won't stop me from continuing to recieve his service.
