Washington Regional Urgent Care - Springdale

Great experience, was able to bring my son in and he was seen quickly with compassion and kindness. Got his medication prescribed and got us on our way in a timely manner. All of the staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean and welcoming I loved that the waiting room was large enough that we could separate ourselves from other people pretty easily and masks were also provided, I will certainly be back for any urgent needs that arise in our family!

Wonderful experience from the front desk, to the medical visit! The staff as friendly. The office smelled so good and everything looked clean! The check in process was so easy; I even knew what my place was in line!

Everyone from the front desk clerk, to intake, to the Doc herself, was great. Staff took my issues very seriously. Did everything possible to help. Second time here, and both times have been treated humanely and professionally. It's nice to have a Doctor actually listen to my issues and do something about it. She also asked me how I felt about the treatment options and made sure I was involved in (and understood) my care. Of course I hope I never need to come back, but if I need urgent care again, this one is it.

I loved being able to sign up for an appointment with "Save My Spot" online! Extremely friendly staff, from front desk all the way to the provider. Was in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend Washington Regional Urgent Care in Springdale to anyone!

It was a breeze. Waiting time wasn’t bad and I especially love how accommodating everyone was. They made my child happy at the end and everyone was simply nice. It was a pleasant visit, will be sure to return.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was amazingly nice and hospitable. They got us in and out super fast. 5 star quality. By far my favorite urgent care in our area.

I would recommend this facility. I was seen quickly and the staff was friendly and very helpful. This was my first time here due to me not being able to get in to my primary care provider. My sister recommended it to be. Top notch

They have a great staff from the lady in front that check us in to the nurses and the practitioner nurse that took care of my son, a very friendly environment and they were quick didn’t have to wait long even with 2 people in front of us. Thank you guys!

Short wait time, APRN was through, professional, and so nice! Ian up front was super helpful with paperwork. Bowman made the lab work portion quick and painless. 10/10 would recommend this urgent care ⭐

This was my first time visiting here, the staff was great & very professional! I made my appt on the website & checked in on it as well when I arrived with no waiting. I was very pleased with the service I that they provided, & I will use them again if needed!

Customer service of any business affects where I go to eat, do business or anything else. They were great from the time I walked in! Young guy at front desk is who you need to have in that position - courteous, friendly, thorough etc. Rest of the staff was very nice and you could tell they listened in order to fully help.

I was very impressed with this walk-in clinic. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was thorough and friendly as well. This was the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve ever had!

The facility is kept very clean. Staff is always friendly. When I brought my small child with me the nurses and APRN were accommodating and playful. Staff was very attentive to medical needs.
