Phone system is corporate, not the retail store. Please base these reviews on in store experience which for me, is aways exemplary! Pharmacy is on top of all our meds. Mirna is an excellent Manager and Tanner is a "highlight pharmacist " He exceeds what is expected of his degree in pharmaceuticals. Jose has SKILLS when it comes to customer service. That smile and his laughter are things to look forward to. It's 2024 everyone! Let's start looking for the positive side of Walgreens.

I just left here, and I dealt with Jazelle (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and I can say I had the best experience. I called earlier to see if they had an item in stock and she was polite and helpful. I got to the store, and they were slammed. They seemed to be understaffed but very helpful. She wore many hats from helping me with what I was looking for to getting orders out for pick up and check out customers all while doing it with a smile. I haven't seen someone work that hard in a long time and with a pleasant demeanor. I will be using this location from now on. Thank you, Jazelle, for working as hard as you do and going above and beyond for everyone that walked in there.

Tiffany is one of the most kind souls I've encountered on a Monday at noon. Hats off to her kind smile and professional kind courteous demeanor during my transaction. It doesn't hurt that the location is always clean and well stocked. Kudos yall 👏

Just want to thank Kevin for his excellent customer service skills. Had a slight problem on order that was curbside. He immediately and intentionally handled the cancellation and didn’t put me on hold, tell me to call back. He resolved immediately no delay. Great snd friendly service. The cashier I talked to on Wed, yesterday when I tried curbside was so nice . I use Walgreens app to get meds to my daughter in Florida when she had COVID.. Great service. Thanks.

Today was one of the most terrible days I've ever had and it wasn't due to the staff it was due to the rude customer that refused to give me six feet of space and not that he was even wearing a mask. I would like to thank the two ladies at this store on sunset and Carly. I did not get their names, but I am sure they know who they are. You guys did an awesome job with keeping your composure as well as handling the situation in a timely manner to get the rude man out of the store. Not only for my safety but for your safety as well. I love how you guys kept the grace of the line moving and also did not frown upon me for speaking my opinion about my personal space and him not wearing a mask. Our public looks upon essential workers at people that are in hospitals, schools, etc but sometimes we failed to realize as a community that you guys are essential workers too. You guys put your lives on the line everyday and give great customer service and make sure that things are stocked that we do need and I appreciate that. I am so sorry that I was not able to get your names before I left out of the door and I don't like to be racial in any way but I assure you I know wh xxo you are and I do appreciate your understanding and kindness. So the beautiful African American lady and the beautiful Caucasian long black hair lady I appreciate you.

I Am always welcomed right when I step in the door. Employees always go out of they're way to help me find what I need instead of me searching the whole store for one item. Love my rewards card❤.The Walgreens app is amazing and very convenient. I easily fill my family's prescriptions with no problem. Thank you Shiloh and Megan for always going above and beyond to take care of us. Y'all are the best pharmacists around. Such a caring staff at this Walgreens!!

Frequently stop here. The staff always welcomes me to Walgreens, there's usually what I need there, and they're quick to check me out. Very good in and out shopping. It's usually empty of other shoppers though, so maybe that's why it's so fast.
