I was here in September during a gorgeous fall day. Wonderful dinner at the bar in patio out back. Super crowded with great service. Live music was a nice touch to the view and delicious food.

Always a pleasure to come here for two Brits on vacation. The Coconut Shrimp were to die for as was the Fish and Chips. No matter what you get here it's going to be great. It gets busy because the locals know how good this is. Thank you guys for another great meal. See you next year.

Made reservations for Sunday no problem being seated on the patio which had an absolute gorgeous view. Our waitress was very attentive. I was confused as to what Swad fish was, I'm from Georgia so it took a minute to understand Sword fish, we had laughs about that. She was great. First time having lobster roll which was very good, but not seasoned as I would expect but I also think loads of seasoning would hide it's true flavor and freshness. We also had Scallops, Haddock, clams and shrimp. Everything was wonderful.

Great place and atmosphere. The service was awesome and staff very friendly. The food was good the risotto was amazing and the paella was okay. A little pricey, but worth it.

We ate here twice on our vacation. The food was beyond amazing! I had the Lazy Man Lobster which was to die for. The fried haddock, fish and chips, and crab cakes did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The main dinning room area had a beautiful view of the mashland. I would highly recommend eating here. Worth every penny!

We have eaten here a few times before and the service has always been great.

On entering we were greeted at the desk and then guided to a table. The menu is very extensive and there are plenty of seafood options available.
After a short time the friendly waitress took our drink a meal order.
We had the coconut shrimp as starters (which was delicious) and the salad had a real surprising chilli kick to it. When the fish and chips arrived it was HUGE!! The fish was so well cooked and lightly battered it fell apart, this was some of the best fish I have had.
The fries were hot and crispy.

The place got really busy, really quickly(which shows how popular this place it). If you are in the area you should really visit the Lobsta Land restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere is a cosy New England diner with a fair amount of seating. There is great view from the window.

The best dining experience we had on the entire east coast! We drove from Wisconsin through the east coast and of all the places we stopped Lobsta Land was the best atmosphere, service and food! We sat at the bar, enjoyed a great view, tasty drinks and had amazing service by the bartender. He made great drinks and conversation. The scallop dinner was the best and biggest scallop dinner I’ve had. The entire dinner, squash and pasta salad included are truly crave worthy! The scallop dinner was so good we stopped to get ice for the cooler so I could eat the leftovers on the road. The lobster roll and clam chowder were delicious as well. If only I could get delivery to Wisconsin, I’d be set for life. Highly recommend. 5++ stars

I can not say enough great things about this place. I am in love with Lobsta Land. The Mussels are the absolute best I have ever had. All the food is amazing. The staff is always pleasant when I've been and the views are quaint. They make a great drink, too. Love love love. Be sure to make reservations! Or you will most assuredly have a wait time.

I keep meaning to write a review for this place, so here we go! My family and I have gone here various times and each time it has been INCREDIBLE in all aspects! They have the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the chicken is soft, and the ranch, chicken and bacon combo is mouth watering! Their ranch alone is delicious!

Awesome lobster and crab cakes! Gorgeous sunset over the marsh - didn’t wait long, got a drink at the bar while waiting for a table, even though was packed and hard to find parking.

We were going to be in the area so my husband Googled places to go and this seemed perfectly for us. When we pulled up, it had lots of cars so we expected a long wait. To our great surprise, they were able to sit us right away. We had a wonderful window view. Our server was wonderful. She was right there when we needed her but let us enjoy our dinner. The food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. We would definitely suggest this restaurant - and we would absolutely eat there again.

Update 2022...this August was our 4th year coming back and they did not disappoint! The friendliest staff and the best food. The only thing I am mad about is that this is the first year I discovered their KEY LIME PIE ! The best ever! So good we bought a whole one to take home and share with our family!

So great we went back twice in 4 days and I can not wait to visit again...food was outstanding but the service really made our visit great !

Lobster roll, clams, shrimp - everything was delicious! Friendly staff and covered outdoor seating with a nice view of the marshlands. The parking lot is a bit of a mad max thunderdome situation though so definitely get there early, or plan to park a ways up the street.

We drove by this place a few times once we arrived and couldn’t help but noticed how PACKED the parking lot was Every Single day! So naturally we said we had to give it a shot one night. We finally braved it and took a while to get a parking spot. Luckily the wait for 2 was only quoted to be 30min. We took our pager and went to wait outside. It was a nice view and a beautiful night so why not.
Our buzzer went off maybe Not even 10 minutes after being out there. We got a spot at the bar and had a great time. My Spicy Jalapeño Margarita was awesome! And surprisingly Spicy!!! I know, Shocker!!! I asked which tequila they used to pull that off and it turns out they infuse their own. I attempted a pic of the massive Masson Jar with floating Jalapeños in it, but it’s not the most obvious. With our lobsters we got Salads and sides. The asparagus was very waxy, like a green bean and flavorless but the Squash was perfect! The lobster was incredible as well! At $30 a piece for 1lb I would hope so. And you certainly get what you pay for here! It was well worth the trip!

Had a bowl of clam chowder and backed shrimp and scallops for lunch. The main dishes were great. The green beans were al dante. Waitstaff was friendly. Only issue was their floors were a mess. Left over food under all the tables.

Loved this place. Doesn't look much from the outside, but inside is a great atmosphere and plenty of areas to eat both at the bar and table. The staff are super friendly and the menu caters for all. A great range of drinks including alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails to choose from. 👌

Ps plenty of free parking.

Decided to get some lunch here and I'm so glad we did! The fish and chips (haddock) and the clam chowder were the best we've ever had! Lobster roll had a ton of lobster on it though!
