DR. LOYO is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I never have waited more than 10 minutes for my visit. I trust him 100% for my care. He is very personable.
His nurse, as well as the front desk staff have always been efficient.

Amazing doctors and staff, who genuinely care about your health and well being. Dr. Landers is the best doctor I have ever had and his nurse is amazing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fix your appointment scheduling. For the last 5 years, every time I've come here, I've had to wait 30+ minutes after my appointment time to even be called back, yet you have a sign up saying that, had I been just 5 minutes late, my appointment would be cancelled and I would owe money. A client shouldn't be held to higher standards than the professional that they are paying.
Edit to add: Dr. Adams herself is amazing, and I'm so glad shes moving to a different practice in town.

Hate leaving poor reviews but since I’ve began going here, it’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I always have to make sure I have enough time to sit & wait to speak to someone at the front desk. I feel like with as many people who normally work upfront, someone would be able to grab the phone. Maybe get a part timer in there who’s sole purpose is to answer phones. My doctor is great, as well as her nurse!

The doctors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable but the wait times are long. If you're not a TV watcher, bring some entertainment.

They have my preferred name on file, but they never call me by it. They even tried to tell me that it was illegal for them to do, which I have since been told by several other doctors is simply not true. To purposely make your patients uncomfortable, and then to lie about "having" to do it, is highly unethical.

Atrocious front desk work. Front desk manager needs to be retrained on confirming insurance same with the receptionist. It’s one thing to be new, but to have gone in and provided my insurance card already. Please get better at your job. To tell a patient insurance is inactive, toss my insurance card like it means nothing on the counter, and say you’ll need to pay out of pocket. Not gonna fly on my watch. You should always go above and beyond for your patients. You know it’s not like you work at a Drs office. It’s not the dmv!

And it turns out my benefits are active. Since March 1st, crazy 🤣. All it took was a phone call on her end. Instead of just looking it up on a comp.

The rudest staff and Dr I’ve ever encountered I had a stress test 3 weeks ago and because I tried to reschedule a video call after waiting 45 minutes to get the results They told me to take the call or I might not get a call and then she hung up on me I am still waiting for test results Totally incompetent

Have to wait hours after appointment time to see neurologist. No one keeps you informed of what I'd going on! Worst place I have been to dr (neurologist) in over 50 years.
