So happy we had Josh take a look at our water softener! He noticed a leak and a cracked piece that our water softener company didn't!! He was very educated and professional! I was referred to Tims Quality Plumbing by a friend. I am very happy with the work Josh did for us. I believe I have found a good plumber for all my house needs! Thank you Josh! Your a true Pro!

Today I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen. Lonn arrived when he said he would. Very pleasant, professional, patient with my questions. Explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. He was very knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely use this company again! I would recommend them to friends and family.

"Paul" is a courteous and knowledgeable employee who has cleared my main drain several times over the years. "Paul" always leave the work area 'spotless upon completion as well! He discussed what I need to do as a home owner to try and prevent tree roots from building up. I ask for him every time I need someone out. Office staff are also very friendly and helpful. They also provide a NICE discount for seniors!!! P.S. I love the owner's v.m., he is hysterical which I appreciated after dealing with a wet basement!

Lonn did a good job and helped us out with our needs. He explained what he was going to be doing. He even connected us with the city to help take care of a leak we had.

The service we got from Master Plumber Sean was amazing. He was informative and told us all that he had to do and was doing. I would definitely recommend Tim's Quality Plumbing. Very satisfied customer!

We received excellent service throughout the scheduling and appointment process. Our scheduler was friendly and collected all of the necessary information. They were also flexible with rescheduling when our availability changed. Lonn was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He gave price quotes on the services he provided and was clear about which options made the most sense for us.
We plan on calling again for future service.

The work was done right, quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. I had a new kitchen faucet and new bathroom faucet installed and new water line shut off valves installed. Lonn was great! He explained everything clearly and pointed out some potential issues that will need to be dealt with in the future. I received an estimate for the job over the phone the day I called— No need to pay for someone to come to my home to provide an estimate. The work was done the next morning— if I had called earlier the day before, the whole process would have been done in the same day. Cost was less than half of what I was quoted from one of the large corporate service companies! I highly recommend Tim’s and Lonn!!

Water heater went out. Got same day service. Tech was very professional. Would not have even known he was ever there by the time that he left. Would recommend Tim's Plumbing to anyone.

I had Tim's come out and replace a bad Garbage Disposal. They did an awesome job, and came early as well. The Tech (Lonn) was very personable and took very good care of us. We are returning customers and will continue to call Tim's Quality Plumbing for all our plumbing needs !

Tim's Quality Plumbing is our new go to for plumbing stuff! We had an emergency leak and they came out almost immediately and got it all fixed late on a Friday afternoon! I would like to commend Josh on all the excellent qualities highlighted above. From the moment he came in my door the protective over shoes went on, and he got to work quickly and professionally.

I needed my old garbage disposal replaced dt inconvenience of the 1st tech from another company, tried to “open” it , the evening before, causing it to leak continuously under my sink which it hadn’t before.
So,, of course, that brought the shut-off valves to the forefront,(the main valve would not turn, and the one under the sink barely did. When Josh started removing the disposal it fell apart in his hands. I was So pleased when its replacement was bright, shiny, and new. Included in this, he added a much needed new facet,. Josh even shined up the sink to its original condition all within the 2 hours which he said it would be. The pipes and valves were replaced and tested, in a slightly longer, 4 hour job,

We found out we had a frozen pipe in one of our bathrooms in the morning, and Lonn came out the same day to help us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And he resolved the freeze! Highly recommend!!

The plumber (Josh) did a very neat and complete job on our main water supply. He worked very well with the excavation company and showed great patience to do his part on December 29th to repair the water supply valves and meter. we had a leak under the kitchen sink Christmas Eve. I called TIm's Quality Plumbing the day after Christmas and was able to get an appointment right away. We were SO grateful to Sean Harris, the plumber who came to our house. What a kind and wonderful gentleman! He quickly identified the issue, had the parts needed in his truck and got to work! The work was done so efficiently and very, very well done. We couldn't be happier! THANK YOU to Tim's Quality Plumbing and a special thank you to Sean Harris!!

I had a great experience with Tim's Plumbing. Sean arrived on time, clearly explained everything he would repair, and gave up front cost. He ran into an issue with the older plumbing in my home, but he explained all the details and the slightly added cost. Sean took care of everything and I have not had any problems since.
