Dear Store Manager! Nathan was amazing. Expect a great survey for him. His knowledge of TV's was spot on and able to break down all of the diffrent tech to a level that was easy to understand. I appreciate what you're doing in mentoring your employees in treating customers like people. Respecting their needs and not overselling items because of some quota or whatever.
Dear customer. I understand the reluctance sometimes to venture into Best Buy. But this store, at this time, has it going on.

I was in a jam, my head set went out, and I work from home and needed a head set now that worked with my equipment. These best buy guys know their stuff got me up and running so fast save my day and were so nice to me as well. Great customer service!!!

The guy who rang me up was new and the manger was helping him out. We all got to learn somehow. They both were very helpful and I will definitely go back when I need electric goodies.

They have everything for the Apple enthusiast! I just added a Apple Watch SE 2nd Generation 40 mm. It tracks my fitness and mindfulness. I like the different options for watch faces —mine is minimalist. Find what fits you!

The car audio guru is top notch. He suggested the best bang for the buck for what we were looking for with a clean install

Various sections were in disarray with no stock present and dirty shelves in its place. Management appears to have fallen down on the job of restocking and cleanliness. Had the feeling of a store that is closing down.

The people there were very helpful. A dude from another store was there helping with putting products out. He made sure someone got over to help us. Just good run of mill experience. Which is getting more rare now days. I know it's electronics, so self check is definitely not there logically, but I'm still going to point out that it was nice there was no self check out, lol.

I've shopped at this Best Buy location for years, the employees seem very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and also friendly and professional mannerism. I'll happily shop there again.

We were there to see about getting my son's Xbox repaired. We had an appointment and there was a line of people. They were short handed I learned. The associates working were professional and patient in spite of the pressure they were faced with. Great job guys, thank you!

Always friendly service, and they are really good about usually having a lot of products in stock.

It's a best buy, they have it all, even though some of it is a bit over priced vs online retailers, but you go here for the assistance in your purchase not for the cheap deals. Have purchased many things here and will keep coming back.

Dude in the Apple area is awesome...he calls himself the "tall bald dude" and he knows his stuff.

Celia was very helpful and knowledgeable about my product options & made recommendations based off of the limited information I was able to give her. Helpful non-commission sales people. Very knowledgeable in their department & of the products they sell.

My husband and I went in for a new router/modem for our WiFi and Seth was extremely helpful. He took the time to go through which would be the best for us and he helped us save money by telling us we actually didn’t need the modem, just the router. He was great and we appreciated all of his help!

I love this store!!! In store and/or online purchases are very smooth. You get what you want/need seamlessly. If I ever have issues, they're there to help. I haven't had a problem yet that they couldn't fix. Thank you Best Buy. You guys are always AMAZING!!!

I found the people extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledge that work at this Best Buy... and I can't say that about all the Best Buy locations.

I love this place a lot. The people working here know exactly know what they are talking about. Back in May, I applied for the Best Buy credit card. At first I thought it was an affirm program like Walmart has, but they guy at the customer service desk explain that's basically a credit card, but I could only use it at Best Buy stores and on the Best Buy website. I applied, and I got approved to spend up to $1000, which I wasn't about to say no, because I don't think I'll get the opportunity to spend $1000 at Best Buy again. He told me that I should get my card in the mail within a week, but said I was able to use it right now if I wanted too.

I decided that I was going to get a PC computer. I wanted to get a gaming PC for my YouTube channel, But the only thing that was in the price range was the tower. So I decided to get an all in one PC. I wanted to get one that same day, but most of them I had to order to my house. The guy helping me was really nice and answer all of mine and mom's question we had.

After spending 45 minutes of decided I decided to get an all in one PC ship to my house, luckily I got it the very next morning. I also ended getting me a new microphone, a mic stand, and a couple of games and movies as well.

Before I got the credit card. I would just go in there to buy video games and movies, but I'm very glad that I got approved for a Best Buy credit card for $1000. Thank you Best Buy for approving me and thank you Best Buy Fort Smith for the awesome workers who are friendly and know what they are talking about!
