One of my favorite spots to go atmosphere is always wonderful great deals on Thursdays I have good local beer out of that time the only thing I suggest would be just a little bit more of a different sports on the TV like maybe rugby the premium league for soccer probably different sports to watch

Awesome Chicago deep dish pizza! No matter what you order, the food is terrific. The staff is great and the atmosphere is very nice. I plan to bring my family here for many years to come! My wife says to mention the ranch. It is phenomenal. They need to bottle and sell the ranch!

We tried pepperoni, cheese, and Dirty Bird pizza. I personally thought the pepperoni was best (and I don’t even like pepperoni usually), followed by cheese, and the Dirty Bird. Dirty Bird was a bit bland for my taste, but I should note that it may have been totally different flavor if we had not asked to hold the onions. Our waitress was great today. There was an error on our kids order of half cheese half pepperoni. Rather than the kids having to wait for a whole new pizza, she left the cheese half with them to eat while the the pepperoni half was being made. Great solution! Very thoughtful from another parent. I had a $2 Bloody Mary special. They can make it a good spicy one if you want a good burn. Can’t miss the bathroom location in the back. Check out the bathroom mirror. The ranch dressing with the cheese sticks was pretty good. Lots of TV’s with sports going, and activity pages for the kids.

Me and my wife were in mountainburg taking care of some business and we had the taste for pizza. Nothing in mountainburg.
I'm from bakersfield ca and miss good pizza. So I took my wife here (this was my 3rd time here)and told her this was some of the best tasting pizza I've had since shakeys closed down. I wish you would open a restaurant here in Bakersfield ca. Good job Gusanos. Great flavor. I know where ill be going when I get back.

A good place and vibe to eat at. The food was flavorful and the mozzarella sticks are definitely worth trying.

I drove an hour out of our way to eat here and worth it! If you love Chicago style pizza this is the place in Arkansas to go! The Deluxe Chicago style is awesome! I gaureente, you will not be dissapointed!!! Awesome wait staff!!!

Got an anchovy and caper pizza with black olives, onions and basil. They had bring capers in. The whole staff helped us with several phone calls get that delivered to us. The kitchen staff did an amazing job on the pizza. It was probably the best pizza we have had. Thank you Gusano's.

I'm in love. The Italian Beef was excellent, great Chicago dog, the pizzas are wonderful and tons of specials daily.

It was my first time to eat at Gusano's. Food was awesome! Service was friendly. You need at least a 45 minute to 1 hour lunch to order, get your food, and enjoy eating.

Was there for a birthday party, food was good, and they took very good care of us.

Friends took me to this place while I was in town, and I will definitely be back next time. The vegetarian Chicago pizza is the stuff of dreams, lol. Super friendly service as well!

Great food and service. Pizza is good, calzones are great. If you like Chicago dogs they are awesome.

My husband & I met our kids here for our usual Wednesday dinner. We meet every Wednesday & someone different chooses where to eat each week. Our son chose and it did not disappoint! There was 9 of us and there was plenty of seating. Our waitress had a smile on her face, spite there was so many of us. She was an excellent waitress and never left us without anything we needed. The food was good, I just personally wished the pizza crust was thicker, but it was still really good. Everyone was overall very happy & we even had a couple of beers. The only downfall was when they got really busy, it got loud, but that's to be expected when people are happy and having a good time. If you like it quieter just show up a bit earlier. We will definitely be back! Of course we tipped our waitress well, so she will continue to be awesome! I really wished I got her name to give her the recognition she deserves. I will be more careful about this is the future. Happy & good employees are such a rare occurrence & a blessing now a days, so we should all show them our appreciation & point them out to their employers. She is a total asset to their company & her customer service was on point!

I had a pie, some buffalo wings, and cheese bread. They were all pretty good. Cool atmosphere and good food cant be beat.

First time customer for a Valentine’s Day late lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. Bread sticks with cheese, a deluxe pizza, a taco pizza, a margarita and a Bloody Mary. Service was prompt and staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back to try more menu items.

The buffalo chicken pizza is the best I've ever had. I LOVE IT.

I love chicken wings and decided to try Gusano's in Fort Smith. I asked the waitress for non-seasoned and well done in the deep fryer with extra blue cheese. They were perfect and sad to say they were better than BWW and Foghorn's because they are much larger. They were twice the size of Foghorn's wings. Good job Gusano's!
