Real estate is a large process. Having an agent who is confident, professional, knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile, and has the right tools to complete your sale or purchase is the only way to go! Jen had a photographer into the home within hours of agreeing to be our agent and listed quickly. She staged beautifully on line, listing was well represented with her description and it reflected in the bids. Several offers came in within days and she maneuvered strategically to get us the best deal. I never had to lift a finger or stress over small inner working parts of the deal because she would always make sure it was handled with our best interest in mind. The trust we had in her to negotiate on our behalf was unspoken. Her intuition for knowing that she would finalize gave me so much peace of mind. Having the right agent is everything. We found ours.
