This Verizon store is absolutely wonderful. The manager Lee is so kind and generous (giving us many discounts just because we waited so long for my previous carrier) and the staff is wonderful. Jonathon did an amazing job answering all of our questions and making sure I got the best but most affordable deal. He also was so kind and asked me about my experience so far in Searcy. Very kind man, and even bought us lunch just because! If you are thinking of switching I highly recommend this store, they get you the most affordable price in no time with the kindest people.

Very pleasant store. My mom and I were taken care of right away. The associate that helped us made sure we had everything we needed and set up our box before we went home. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends

They're always nice and ready to help. They get busy sometimes but that's expected. You might have to wait a little during those times but they're usually pretty quick to get to everyone from my experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted when we walked in the door. Staff was knowledgeable and had what we were looking for. We were able to get a replacement phone in a short amount of time.

Everyone I have met here have treated me with the highest level of service. I have been in here several times and even when they are busy with other customers employee in the store makes sure you know they are working to get towards serving you. Excellent work 👌🏾

I just wanted to give a shout out to Maegan...Yemi and Kelsey at the Searcy Verizon store. I live in Jonesboro and my local Verizon store refused to help me return my phone (which was within the return period). I drove almost 1.5 hrs to Searcy where I was given excellent customer service. they spend 4.5 hrs with me trying to get my phone returned and a new phone to walk out with. I was well pleased with the kindness and service they provided. All of this help and I didn't even buy the phone with them originally but they stuck with me and reached out to Verizon's customer service dept and had to talk with about 3 people there before finally getting my issues resolved. Thanks so much... I appreciate the excellent customer service you provided!!!

As a Verizon customer for 13 years. I used this location multiple times, this time purchased two new I-Phones elevens. Great customer service. Good accessories choices. Zack was very knowledgeable and professional.

I went to the Searcy Store with a caller ID problem. At best I hoped they would look into my problem. However one of the store employees wouldn't give up on the issue and contacted customer service and together Magan and customer service corrected my problem.
