Best experience I've had at a dentist office. The staff was so kind. The dentist was professional, quick, and precise during my procedure. This was my first visit and I'm looking forward to going back. I've been in Searcy almost 10 years and wish I would have came here sooner.

I have severe dental anxiety and this is the only dentist I have ever been to that is able to relieve some of my fears. Dr. Cox and his staff do a wonderful job! The have a beautiful office, overhead tvs and headphones to help take your mind off of what they are doing. And of course, there are the delicious cookies!

If I could give 20 stars I would! This is the BEST dentist office in Searcy! They were very patient with my son and explained everything! We were blessed by everyone we came into contact with. The secretaries even let my son show them a magic trick! He was very impressed with the cookie afterward.

Becca cleaned my teeth today and she did FABULOUS and is a real rockstar!! The staff is amazing, caring and compassionate!! The atmosphere is welcoming, and when you walk in it smells like pure joy and happiness🥰🥰🥰🥰

Update: I was seen yesterday for a cleaning and as always was treated with compassion and respect. Very professional. No pain. Always offered a warm blanket during the visit and a cookie on when you’re done.

Had a crown replaced. Dr.Cox and the hygienist (I am sorry I don’t remember her name) were both kind and compassionate. Took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Also answered all my questions with patience.

Excellent work by Jared and his team...I was headed out on a summer trip to Africa and woke up with a partially chipped tooth on Saturday morning. I was so thankful for the awesome service, that they came in on a Sunday (Mother's Day). My teeth feel great and I'm happy that I will have a full smile while traveling.

I love that Today's Family Dentistry is a positive atmosphere, that they played Christian music while I was there and that I felt no pain while they were working on my teeth.

The ENTIRE staff was very friendly and very aware of my anxiety and fear with dentists. I would recommend them to anybody!

I had one wisdom tooth removed this past Friday. Dr. Cox did an EXCELLENT JOB! The post X-ray revealed he got every bit of it. Got a couple of stitches. I’m healing wonderfully!! The dental assistant talked me through the whole procedure which helped ease my mind as I, like many, get nervous at the dentist. Got to wear headsets to watch Netflix and did the nitro and of course the numbing shots. Dr. Cox has done several procedures on me and has done excellent work each time. I also know when I stopped eating sugar 1.5 yrs ago that has really improved my oral health, no cavities the past 2 cleanings & X-ray. So, between that and Dr. Cox’s good services, I feel my healing process is going quickly!! They were very thorough with after care procedures, too. I LOVE TFD and will always return to them. I also LOVE that they are CHRISTIANS. All staff I’ve encountered are highly professional. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff is so kind and personable. Always a smile and positive words. The Christian music playing is inspiring and it warms my heart to hear staff singing along. Dr. Cox is straightforward about needed procedures but never pushy. They give me my options, tell me what insurance will cover, accept when I need to wait to afford treatment or schedule to accommodate my schedule for treatment. Excellent dental office!

Today’s Family Dentistry is the best dental experience I have ever had. From the ease of making appointments online to the friendly staff. The whole environment makes going to the dentist a less stressful event. (Massaging seats, yes please!) The staff is amazing, I’ve loved everyone I’ve interacted with and you can even pick the hygienist you want. We love Sarah! Dr. Cox is very personable and caring. I feel this business views their patients as people and not just customers.

The staff was phenomenal and friendly. Dr. Cox explained everything to me and was very informative. And again the staff was amazing can’t recommend this place enough. They also have amazing cookies!!

This place is First Class. From the staff to the waiting room. Really not a waiting room but rather a large cozy lounge with comfortable couches, chairs, and love seats. The staff is amazing from the receptionist to the dental assistants, they are very knowledgeable when you ask them a question about your procedure. Dr Cox is very professional but has a home town down to earth friendly demeanor. The Cherry on top of your visit is the free fresh cookie you get on your way out the door. This place is top notch start to finish. You can't go wrong here. They take a lot of dental plans so book an appointment today you won't be disappointed.

TFD is the best! I have terrible anxiety from past dental trauma and they take their time and never make me feel like a burden. They stop and let me take a short break if I need it. They explain everything they are doing and what to expect and what the plan is going forward. I’ve had extensive work done over the past three years and they are the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Dr Cox and his staff make me feel safe and I trust them. And that means everything.
