I needed a suit, for a funeral of a dear friend, I went to JC Penney’s in Searcy, the store manager waited on me, I was really pleased with Maui’s, and the over the top service, given to me.

Always friendly, smiling, helpful people. Store is always clean and easy to navigate. Of course my favorite is the clearance racks.

They didn't have what I was looking for. But was very helpful and sweet. They always are.

Always find a lot of good sales and a courteous staff

Had a wonderful experience there tonight. I found a hoodie for my son for Christmas. There was no tag on it and it seemed to little dirty so they gave it to us for a discount of price and the ladies were very very helpful and nice. Very nice people.

This is one of the last JCPenny's in this area and is a great store! My wife needed a few items so we stopped. The store was clean, had a large selection of items, and the staff was courteous. I would definitely recommend this location. They also had a large variety of woman's clothes on clearance. My wife found some boot cut pants that fit off the clearance. She has had a hard time finding a pair that she liked and found them at this store. Great experience!

My fiancee was happy to find BIG & TALL pants on sale. A lot of clearance items. Too many ppl for my liking Felt claustrophobic, but it was black Friday. Will try shopping on another day. Staff was helpful & friendly.

I purchased a couple pair of shoes a couple weeks ago. One pair I had to order. Bre was so much help!!! If y'all need anything, just ask for Bre! She is very customer friendly and deserves a promotion, but if anything, a raise! Thanks Bre!

I love this particular store. The customer service is great. I only had one issue the sweater was priced at 15$ on sale but when I got to the register it was 42$ so I got the other items that were on sale and had the correct prices at the register. I love the new items. I usually shop online but I'm glad I went in this time. I will come again for my birthday in november.

I was looking for a dress. They had a good selection for a small town Penneys. Most were sleeveless and had floral prints.

Nice place to shop however didn't have what I was looking for but did find several things I like. Will go back.

The clothes are well made. Large selection to choose from. The staff is helpful and friendly !!

JCPenney is going through some changes. I don’t know if it’s growing pains or just changing. Every time I go in something has changed. I suppose it keeps the customer engaged. They always have a good selection of men’s clothing at a good price. I need to go and get a dress shirt and a tie they always have a good selection. If my kids need shoes, clothes or anything else they sell it’s good to good price. Just like every other store these days there is a rewards program and a credit card. And of course at the register the first question is would you be using your JCPenney credit card today? And of course if you say no you were told the reasons why that’s a bad idea. So in short it’s a good story good price good products and they have their employees trained well.

I'm so glad we still have our local JCP; I can always find something I need there! No employee shortage, no long lines, and store is well stocked. Happy to be able to shop Sephora, as well!

Normally I would rate this store a 1 star, after my last visit. I had a horrible man treat me disrespectfully that I did not buy my items. I saw the manager as I left the bathroom in tears and He stop me to ask if I were ok. I told Him and He tried His best to make it better, at the time He could have given me the items and I would not have taken it. This morning on my way through Searcy, I had to exchange something I received wrong through the mail, We had 2 lovely young women greet us at the front register and told us what we needed to do, then a nice tall young man help us in that department and then showed us where something else was by taking us there Himself. We returned to the front and the 2 girls were extremely wonderful. So if they keep people like this I'll return. Great start to a day.

Super good deal on Arizona jeans for my teenager. Every staff member we ran into was super nice and they all had big old Christmas smiles!!! It was a very nice shopping trip!

Love our Penny's in Searcy. The help is always ready to help you find your items. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. It's clean, the middle aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair.

Love the jewelry sale at JC Pennys. Mary at the counter was very helpful. The selection is wonderful and the prices you wont beat anywhere. Fabulous finds folks!!
