McDonald's

Excellent! Everything was great! My food was served Hot!! Served quickly ,I got the Quarter pounder , cooked to perfection with the lightly toasted Bun. This will be my go to McDonald's.

I brought my granddaughters here, to play inside their Playland. I finished up my book. We all had a Great time 😄😄

They had one employee who stayed in the lobby cleaning up the whole time we were there. It is hard to keep a place like this clean with all the customer traffic but they are really trying. Staff at counter was friendly and polite. Food was hot.

The restaurant was clean, play area for kids looked good and kids had fun. Staff was friendly enough.

Quick service, they get it done right, and often with a smile! Can't complain a bit!

This McDonald's is good it's alot better than the one on race street

McDonald's is just a classic favorite! & My son loves the play place! Good atmosphere and a great place for my child to play while we eat some tasty food ☺

McDonald's was, well, McDonald's. You've been there, you know exactly what it's like - and it's just like that.

Ordered online. The service was quick and the breakfast sandwich was tasty! I wish they didn't use the plastic cups. I wish they used something a little better insulating. The ice melts so quick in their cups. We enjoy the McGriddle breakfast sandwiches

I wanted to share my experience, It was great, I was having trouble with the app. The young lady at the window was extremely helpful as I tend to make everything more difficult. Miss Toby was a huge help and went above and beyond to help with my mess up. AWESOME SERVICE!

Service was slow and the waitress was very rude. She threw a soggy bananna at me after I suggested she go faster in taking my order. She then proceeded to make suggestive comments about my mother. After informing the waitress of her recent death, she then proceeded to pull out a knife - the same from the murder scene of my mother. She said she had no regrets. I called the police but she had already run out the back door. I hopped in my sedan and gave chase. Rather stupidly, she ran down the middle of the road and I caught up in about a quarter mile. I hit her. I know it was wrong. I wish things could have gone differently - and yet I have no regrets. A small piece of my mind replays the violent, bloody collision over and over again; enjoying it. I hope, my son, as you grow older, you will forgive me. These chains and bars will hold me for many many more years. And with my respieration infection, these years grow shorter and shorter. Also the pizza was overcooked

We had fast and easy service. After you order by the time you drive around to pick up your meal they'll have it hanging out the window for you. I very seldom have to wait. They have btr service than the one on East Race and better than the one in Bald Knob

It was a timely manner. We used the app to order and pick up. They did not mess up any of the order and it was pretty large. They were friendly and very nice. The kids love having their food come pretty fast, we had ordered about 20 mins before we got there.

I get nostalgic every time

we ordered extra salted extra pickles. no meat. or buns. or literally anything else. There may have been laughter in the kitchen but we still got her order this automatically makes it the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to please go here if they will give you exactly what you want thank you

Perfect service.I do not care if there is a problem or not because this Mcdonalds fixes whatever it could of been wrong.perfect customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Whoever trained these group of kids/ young adults great job.especially lunch 11-3 and nights 5 11.never had a problem

Great McDonald’s! The staff is friendly and polite. If you are a regular, Alice will remember your name and order. She makes that McDonald’s a 5 star rating. Food quality is good and the place is clean.

Always great!! Service is always fast, and friendly!! We prefer the fries to actually come filled in the size we ordered, therefore occasionally we have to politely review the order and they kindly fill the container. We love McDonalds! Their Coffee is #1 in my book!! Ba-ba-bum .Ba-bummmm!!

Great for the kiddos as it's one of the few places in Searcy with an indoor climate controlled play area. Anyone local knows how important that can be during summer when it's just too hot and humid to do just about anything outside. For those just passing through or visiting trust me when I say it's great to know the places with A/C to get a bite to eat with kids in the summer and let them have a little play time too. This location is reliable clean each time I've been there but I would advise to be cautious entering and exiting the parking lot onto the street...have seen several near accidents but overall a great location. Just practice defensive driving while pulling in and out!
